MegPurchased in Japan. The color is beautiful white, like powder snow. The aroma is fresh like a sea breeze and Japanese pear. It also has a herbal feel, which is different from the sake I have tasted in the past. In the mouth, there is more acidity and a slight bubbling sensation than sweetness. After that, there is a juicy sweetness. The acidity and light bitterness that can be felt through to the aftertaste are reminiscent of white wine, and the taste is light and refreshing. A very interesting sake that can be paired with both Japanese and Western cuisine. The sweetness can be felt a little after opening the bottle. The sweetness is not too heavy.
