Purchased at Mitsuwa Market Place in Chicago. Very light lemon in color. Sweet aroma like cotton candy. It is sweet for a moment, but I can taste the spiciness and bitterness of sake on the back. There is a little bit of sourness. You feel like you are drinking sake.
