Purchased at Hasegawa Sake Shop. The color is very light yellowish but almost colorless. The aroma is full, sweet and fruity, reminiscent of apples and white grapes. It also has a slightly salty aroma. The mouthfeel is sweet and juicy. It is refreshing when paired with sour dishes, but otherwise it has a strong sweetness to it. It is a sake that can be enjoyed with food.
