First Sentori. Purchased in Japan. The color is almost colorless and transparent. Fruity and fresh apple and pear aromas. It also has a slight minty coolness to it. Compared to the impression from the aroma, the strong candy-like sweetness in the first sip is surprising. It is not at all cloying or clingy. As you continue drinking, the sweet and sour taste is indeed what you hear about. After the sweetness runs through, there is a bitter taste. It is a delicious sake that is very drinkable.
