It has a mild, mellow, and thick mouthfeel. The medium-sweet taste is not sticky or harsh, and the acidity tightens the taste and leaves a crisp aftertaste.
Personally, I think this is the kind of sake that one would expect from western Japan! I personally think of "Western Japan sake" as this kind of sake! It is easy to drink and tastes great when chilled.
