Purchased at a nearby liquor store. It was in the fridge with a label that said, "Aged for a long time." (Year of manufacture: 22.11) So I chilled it. When I drank it, I found it to be slightly carbonated and a bit strong for a sake! The taste is a little sweet and rich! It tastes a little sweet and rich! It's delicious! The aroma is also very nice as it goes down your throat. I really like Bicchu sake.

Dragon Power. I was curious about this product because of its nice label. First of all, I tried it as it is. A little sweetness spread on the palate and it was very tasty. Next, we had it hot. Even if it was heated up a little, the taste did not fade at all. It tastes just as good as it does at room temperature. Many sakes change their taste when heated, but this one tastes the same. I'll have it with my favorite mackerel later. I am sure it will be delicious.

Chiyonokuni Sake Brewery is particular about this excellent product. For details, please refer to the endorsement. As you can see, even the paper for the label is made with care. The stopper is made of cork. If you drink it, please remember to bring a corkscrew. The taste is mild. I have never had a sake that tastes mellow, but it is a little mild and a little sweet. But the sweetness disappears quickly and only the delicious taste of sake remains in your mouth. I have written a lot about it, but the conclusion is that it is delicious! It feels luxurious. I recommend drinking it slowly after a meal, like a plundeye, not during. It is the kind of sake that you want to enjoy slowly without any accompaniments.

I forgot to write this. Chilled to a crisp, it's superb! I don't like it at room temperature.

Purchased on a trip to Kumamoto. It is summer, so I cooled it down. As the name "Kakkari" suggests, it is very light. The green bottle is also beautiful.

近所で作られてるらしいお酒。 知らなかった😅 淡麗、でも口に含むとさっとお米とお酒の味と香り。 キリリと冷やしていただきたい。 福岡の隋鷹に似てる気がする。

This is what "light and dry" means. However, light and dry does not mean tasteless, and it is pleasantly delicious. It is just the right sake for a meal. Cold sake is recommended.

Purchased at Yame Kanko Bussan (tourist product center) on a trip. I regretted that I thought "Kyushu is for shochu! I regretted my assumption that shochu was the only way to go in Kyushu. What an elegant, yet delicious sake with a strong liquor taste! The beautifully colored label and bottle are reminiscent of tea, as is typical of Yame. The style is also lovely. I couldn't resist, so I'm drinking it cold for now, but I wonder if it would taste even better if it were chilled. How about heated? I can't wait to try it 😍. After that, I tried it lukewarm. Delicious! But lukewarm is the limit. It tastes bitter when heated. We also tried cold sake. This was unexpected. It was just too light and tasteless. As a result, I prefer it cold to lukewarm. I found very good yakitori and sashimi in Hakata on this trip, so I wanted to drink this sake with them.

I had this dish on a trip. Unlike at home, the food was very tasty, and it tasted even better when served with Satsuma Kiriko. I think it's important to have both the dish and the container for the sake.

This is the best sake in my history! Normally, I like dry sake with a strong, thick taste that smells like an old man, but this is different. The taste is elegant. It's not plain, but the taste of the sake is there, but it's not too assertive or too light. It has a subtle elegance. And above all, it has a very delicate carbonation. This is so delicious! It hits the borderline between feeling it and not feeling it on your tongue. I chilled it and drank it as a cold sake, and it was great. I'd like to try the others, but I'm not sure how the subtle petite will turn out.

Not super, not a little, but nice and dry. It's been getting hotter lately, so I had it chilled. The dryness increases from room temperature, and it is a little good dryness. At room temperature, it is a little sweet. It is recommended as a mid-meal sake.

It was introduced by a sake brewer at a department store. It was recommended to me when I asked for a hot, dry sake. He said, "The taste is completely different when it's cold, lukewarm, or hot," so I tried it. Cold - crisp and dry. My favorite🥰 Lukewarm - A little sweet, but dry. Hot: Almost like water. Is it light? It's definitely different. The guy at the brewery said, "I recommend it hot. The brewer said, "I recommend it hot, although the label on the back of the bottle says not to heat it up," but I didn't like it hot. But I'm not a big fan of it. It's just that different people like different temperatures. The caveat is the 19 percent alcohol content. It's very tasty and refreshing, so be careful not to get a hangover.

It was called "Danrei medium hot. From chilled. Dry taste. It has a strong aroma. It has what is called a "mellow" sake. It has the aroma of a "mellow" sake. The taste is strong. As I like Drunken Whale, I like this type. Hot sake This was a mistake. It ruined the sake for me. The sweetness and sticky taste came out too strong. Cold sake We expected it to be crisp and light! But in fact, it was sweet. It has a sticky mouthfeel. The aroma of dark rice spreads through the throat. The aroma spreads. We opened an izakaya at home in Corona and tried hot, cold, and chilled sake. Each one tasted completely different, and I enjoyed them all. The rice we use, Kitashizuku. It was my first time to try it. That's Hokkaido. I always drink Yamadanishiki, so it was interesting to taste it.

Kochi cuisine "Tsukasa" original drunken whale. 2,000 yen for 300ml! It is very expensive in my opinion, but I drank it because it is my favorite Drunken Whale series. I felt the taste was thicker than I expected. The alcohol content is high. I'm glad I took a hotel 5 minutes walk from here. I'm sure you'll be able to find something that works for you 😁.

It's a masterpiece in my opinion. I can't even begin to describe how good the darker sakes taste! I'm not a big fan of cold sake, but cold, lukewarm, and hot sake all taste great😁. It's a must have sake for New Year's.

I found this sake when I went out in search of Okutanba. I was attracted to the cute label and bought it. There are round, triangular and square labels, each with a different taste and recipe. For more information, please refer to the pamphlet published by Yamana Shuzo. This pamphlet is quite interesting and worth reading.

I bought it when I went to Tanba Sasayama to buy black edamame. I forgot to upload it. I thought it must be from this place because of the "Tamba" connection, but I was wrong (-_-;) But I found a store that carries it. I looked it up in "Sake-no-Wa" and it was delicious! Recommended to be served cold and chilled. It has a "zesty" taste, but it's not like water, it has a decent flavor. It has a refreshing aftertaste. It's perfect for drinking in the lingering summer heat.

I happened to stop by a store that carries a lot of speciality sake, and I found this in the recommended section. It's my favorite, Tosa Tsuru, and it's a junmai new sake! It's the day before a three-day weekend and I can't help but drink this. Warmed up immediately. It's delicious! But the flavor is a little light. I mean, classy? (Personal Comment.) Recommended for lazy drinking while watching TV after dinner rather than with a meal. I think I'm going to stock up on them for New Year's Eve and New Year's.

When warmed up, it doubles the taste and aroma. Warmed up is recommended. It's called Drunken Whale, and Kochi's sake must be heated up! I love it.

I was attracted by the "super dry" wrapping and bought it. I always tend to drink sake from western Japan (unconsciously), so this was my first time to taste a sake from Yamagata. First of all, drink it cold. It's not dry, but it doesn't have any flavor. I don't really like it. The next one was lukewarm. The flavor comes out of this one, and it's delicious. It has a sweetness that comes out. I prefer it lukewarm.

I got this drink for my birthday. I don't remember what it tasted like 💦. But I remember it was good. (My preference is dry.) I wouldn't recommend eating it with the donuts in the picture 😆.
