Dragon Power. I was curious about this product because of its nice label.
First of all, I tried it as it is. A little sweetness spread on the palate and it was very tasty.
Next, we had it hot. Even if it was heated up a little, the taste did not fade at all. It tastes just as good as it does at room temperature. Many sakes change their taste when heated, but this one tastes the same.
I'll have it with my favorite mackerel later. I am sure it will be delicious.
