This is the best sake in my history!
Normally, I like dry sake with a strong, thick taste that smells like an old man, but this is different.
The taste is elegant. It's not plain, but the taste of the sake is there, but it's not too assertive or too light.
It has a subtle elegance.
And above all, it has a very delicate carbonation.
This is so delicious!
It hits the borderline between feeling it and not feeling it on your tongue.
I chilled it and drank it as a cold sake, and it was great. I'd like to try the others, but I'm not sure how the subtle petite will turn out.
