Purchased at a nearby liquor store. It was in the fridge with a label that said, "Aged for a long time." (Year of manufacture: 22.11)
So I chilled it.
When I drank it, I found it to be slightly carbonated and a bit strong for a sake! The taste is a little sweet and rich! It tastes a little sweet and rich! It's delicious!
The aroma is also very nice as it goes down your throat.
I really like Bicchu sake.
