The main character of this sake. It has a well-balanced combination of umami, sweetness, and sake-like characteristics, and I would like to enjoy it with snacks with Takaji as the star. This is not the kind of sake to be served with a meal.
The sake we received. Sweet, fruity and very tasty. The bubbles were quite vigorous, and the moment I took off the aluminum crown, the cork flew away with a light, champagne-like pop! The cork flew out of the bottle with a sound like champagne.
Comparison of Eau De Desir Besatsurai and Born in Kurodasho.
The Besatsurae is sweet and deep, and can be enjoyed on its own.
Kurodasho ni natte has a youthful, acidic flavor that can be matched with food.
Personally, I liked Kurodasho ni umarete.
Although it was drunk vigorously, it was of high quality and did not seem to linger the next day.
