This is my favorite SENKYO, which was sold in spring.
The alcohol content is slightly controlled at 14 degrees C. It is gentle, refreshing, a little gaseous, slightly carbonated, slightly cloudy, and a little sweet. The acidity balances it out.
I would like to drink this sake with a sandwich in my hand while sitting in the sun in the park under the spring sunlight ^_^ I would probably get drunk out of my skin if I did that!
It's a delicious drink every year...
