It is 2023 (brewed in the 2023 brewing year). It has the richness and sharpness of Yamadanishiki rather than mellowness. The Kyuheiji we had just before that was also made with Yamadanishiki. There are rice varieties suitable for sake brewing, aren't there? I really wanted to buy Kuheiji's Kurodasho at the liquor store today, but unfortunately they didn't have it, so I bought Houou Mita, which I had wanted to drink for a long time. Thanks for the treat. It has more acidity than sweetness and a little bit of a schwashy feeling. I wasn't planning to drink it today, but I opened a bottle of my treasured sake because we had duck hot pot for dinner. I think this sourness goes well with fatty food. For example, steak🥩 or sukiyaki. The second day I opened the cork, I heard a popping sound and it was delicious. It is really delicious.

It is truly Omachi from Okayama Prefecture, where Omachi was born. When you drink it in a wine glass and enjoy the smell, you first get a sense of the earth (soil). The sensation was the same in the mouth. It has been a while since I have encountered a sake that is more powerful than beautiful. Thank you very much. Purchased at Marunouchi Building.

I had it in a wine glass as recommended on the label. It has a mellow aroma and taste, but you can fully appreciate the sense of both sharpness and flavor of Yamada-Nishiki. Since I had decided to drink this sake today, I bought raw oysters and sashimi and was all set. It was a Saturday dinner that satisfied me with delicious sake and snacks.

It is a crystal clear sake with absolutely no cloying taste. This is also a collaboration with snowpeak. It has a snowy transparency with a unique sake-like rice flavor. The package is also a transparent white bottle that matches the flavor. The only drawback is that it is 500ml, which is not much for my sake consumption. Thank you for the treat.

It is a cool black bottle. It is a Junmai Daiginjo. As for the taste, it is a crisp and dry typical Kubota, and of course it tastes very good. Personally, I am already a sake lover, and I don't feel anything by collaborating with SnowPeeak, but I would be very happy if nowPeeak's fans become sake lovers.

After the Yamada-Nishiki, I had the Omachi. The first sip was at the same temperature as the Yamadanishiki, but the sweetness and richness of the rice was more pronounced. The first sip was more sweet and rich. It was like a refreshing Yamadanishiki and a rich Omachi, but as the temperature approached room temperature, I felt a tangy sensation on my tongue. It is a sake with a variety of flavors to enjoy. Polishing ratio 50%.

We had it on New Year's Day in a glass of wine as recommended. You can fully enjoy the sweetness and umami of the rice. I think it tastes better when it is a little closer to room temperature than when it is right out of the refrigerator. I am very satisfied with the sake that I opened after waiting for the New Year. 100% Yamada-Nishiki, 45% rice polishing ratio.

This is the first sake I have had. It is injected with carbon dioxide gas, so it has a firm bubbly feeling rather than a slight effervescence. It tastes more like sparkling wine than sake, with a slightly sweeter taste in the mouth. It is easy to drink because the alcohol content is 12%. We had it on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. Thank you very much for the treat.

This is a Junmai sake, a full-flavored sake among the sake we received. It was a cold day, so I started it at room temperature. It is crisp and dry on the palate, with a hint of sweetness from the rice for a moment, but it also goes down the throat well, making it a dry Niigata sake. I found it at a liquor store in Tresa and bought it immediately. Today is Christmas and I enjoyed it with a whole roasted chicken-like dish. This is the first time I have had Kuheiji at home since I became a fan of Kuheiji in October this year. Sake is the best when you enjoy it while remembering Kurodasho. I can't cheat anymore! Even if you don't have enough snacks to drink, you can be satisfied with just the sake. The flavor deepens as it nears room temperature.

This is a bottle given to me by a relative. I have been saving it to drink when the temperature drops a little. It is a typical Niigata sake, with a gorgeous aroma that wafts into the nose and a sharp taste down the throat. The package was white and gentle. Thank you very much for the sake.

Since this sake is with the client's name, I gave two bottles as gifts, one to the client and the other at home. I don't think it will be accepted as a taste as it is different from the flavor popular overseas.

I received this from a relative in Niigata. I think this is the first time I have had this sake from this brewery. It is a honjozo sake, rightly Niigata's sake, with a dry and crisp taste. I thought it would be good with sashimi or something a little salty as a snack. I enjoyed it with some musubi (fish roe) as a snack. Thank you very much.

This sake is from my hometown in Kanagawa. It was served cold, but it was more ricey than light, which made me wonder if there is such a ricey sake in Kanagawa Prefecture. It has a slight color and a light mellowness, but the taste is very refreshing. I really wanted to buy it at the sake brewery, but it was closed, so I bought it at a nearby liquor store.

Purchased at the Marunouchi Building near my office. This sake is made from 100% Hachitan-Nishiki. It is subtitled "Harmonious Dry Sake. As the name suggests, the taste is slightly spicy on the tongue, but there is an interesting sweetness in the mouth. Today, we had all four bottles of this sake in a fit of rage. Thank you very much.

Wanting to visit a Kanagawa Prefecture sake brewery and purchase sake directly, I headed to the Lake Tsukui area during my visit to the cemetery. I was unable to purchase the sake at the brewery I wanted to visit, but a local sake shop recommended this Akigari, so I bought it immediately. It is a little spicy and refreshing on the palate. It also had a rice flavor, so even without any snacks, the sake went down a treat.
