Kido's first summer sake. It is a refreshing summer sake. Slightly fruity and sour at the same time, but the sourness prevails. This is summer.

Special Junmai sake Nabeshima. It is still slightly sweet, clear, fruity, and slightly acidic. Since I happened to compare it with Kameizumi, the clean feeling was emphasized, but it is very fruity.

I finally got to drink the purple air I had heard so much about. This is delicious. It had been open for a long time, but the texture was probably the same as when it was freshly opened. The texture is the same as when it was freshly opened. I would like to drink it again. I wonder if there is any place in Tokyo or Saitama that sells it.

Continuing from last week, this time it is Daigin, unfiltered raw sake. Same Yamadanishiki 50. This one has a little more acidity than the orikarami. I guess it's a bit more like oceanic acidity. This one has a good balance with the acidity and is not bad. Personally, I prefer ORIGARAMI.
