I finally got to drink the purple air I had heard so much about. This is delicious. It had been open for a long time, but the texture was probably the same as when it was freshly opened. The texture is the same as when it was freshly opened. I would like to drink it again. I wonder if there is any place in Tokyo or Saitama that sells it.

First local hana-yori in a long time. Echigo Gohyakumangoku was my first time. But I used to like it, but maybe it's not my favorite now, Hana-yosu,... It becomes sour when you put it down.

Continuing from last week, this time it is Daigin, unfiltered raw sake. Same Yamadanishiki 50. This one has a little more acidity than the orikarami. I guess it's a bit more like oceanic acidity. This one has a good balance with the acidity and is not bad. Personally, I prefer ORIGARAMI.

First time in a long time in Kaze no Mori. And my first ALPHA1. I got it in Asakusa, which I didn't expect. It's got a nice, tight gas feeling and this slight sourness. It's still delicious! I'll continue to drink this one and the others!

First time in Morishima. Finally, I wanted to drink it. It is refreshing and slightly sweet. This is the best among all the refreshing ones! It goes well with all kinds of snacks and doesn't get in the way. This is good!

Sentori at home for the first time in a long time. Since Asahi? It is refreshing and juicy. The acidity is stronger than I expected. But it's so refreshing that it's well-balanced.
