㊗️October 1, Sake Day㊗️ Sorry it's Sake Day but it's super one-cup sake 🫠. It's a one-cup, but it looks cool and austere. Rice polishing ratio: 65 Alcohol content: 15%. All rice and koji are made from 100% rice grown in Niigata Prefecture🌾. It has no color, is clear, and has little aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it has a smooth, mildly sweet taste and the aroma of rice. It is not fruity, but more like a gumshiro. But as it claims to be dry, it has a sharpness in the second half. It's easy for anyone to get it, including the price 🤚. Maybe it would have been better if it was heated up.

Rokkasen Sake Brewery, Yamagata, Japan I tasted & bought this sake at the brewery when I heard it was made from rice grown in Yamagata! Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 16%. Made with 100% Yamagata produced rice I imagined it would be more peculiar and preachy because of the label and name, but it was not at all. But it was not like that at all, and I could drink it as a food sake that goes well with any food 🍶. The aroma is not strong but gorgeous, The aroma is not strong but gorgeous, and when you put it in your mouth, it is a little tangy and has a clear and refreshing taste 🫧. It is not sticky after drinking, but has a sweetness to it. It has a lingering sweetness that lingers on the palate. It can be served both at room temperature and cold. It went well with a lacquer ware sake cup 👐. I think I've had the Dewa Butterfly one before, but I can't remember, so I'd like to compare 🥺.

It's been a long time since I've seen a Hanaberry! I can't find it at all, so when I find it, I buy it immediately🌸 The color of the bottle and the label are cool and austere! It seems this sake is brewed in Yoshino cedar wood vats and stored in wooden barrels (label info ५✍🏻) Rice polishing ratio: 70 Alcohol content: 17 Both rice and rice koji are made from rice grown in Nara Prefecture🌾. First of all, the aroma is amazing from the moment it is poured into the glass! The aroma of wood, as if it were stored in a wooden barrel, makes you feel like you are in a forest 🌳. The sourness fills your mouth and surprises you 🫢. But it's not unpleasant, it's elegant and mature. After a few days have passed since it was opened, and aroma like old Awamori/Shochu liquor, the acidity softened. The aroma lingers in my nostrils long after drinking. Like a brandy glass You can enjoy the aroma more if you drink it in a rounded glass with a narrow mouth you can enjoy the aroma even more.

Buy Sake at Seven on the Miura Coast 🏖. If you want to go all out, buy a sake named Miura! The name is Miura, but the brewer is Kanai Sake Brewery in Hadano, The name is Miura, but it's made by the Kanai Sake Brewery in Hadano City. I didn't have a brand name, so I just filled in "Mori Masu": ✍️ Rice polishing ratio: 65 Alcohol content: 14 to 15 degrees Celsius Slightly colored Not much aroma before drinking It is refreshing without any habit and has a slightly sweet flavor. It can be drunk cold, so it seems to be a sake for summer. It is good with sashimi and other Japanese food, It would be good to drink it with sashimi or Japanese food in a big glass. I liked it a lot 🙈. I think it's a very cost effective sake ︎🤍.

Sake purchased during a visit to the Rokkasen Sake Brewery in Yamagata Prefecture I bought it because of the fresh and summery paper bag it was wrapped in. It is said to be aged in storage for 6 months and made from 100% Yamagata rice (quoted by the brewery). Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 16%. Rice: 100% Yamagata Prefecture's Izuwasanbai A little sourness at first? Or rather, you can feel a tangy taste on your tongue. It is perfect to drink in summer, Aroma like cucumber or watermelon and It has a refreshing sweetness and clarity 🍉. It tastes like water when it's cold, I prefer to drink it when it's a little warmer to get the full flavor and aroma. 🙆🏻‍♀️

A winning sake from a visit to the Rokkasen brewery in Yamagata Prefecture. It's been a while since I had a sparkling sake! The label is a nice picture of a toast to a moonlit night 🩷. ⚠There is a warning for sparkling sake! Rice polishing ratio: 70 Alcohol content: 8 Low alcohol, Easy to drink with fine bubbles 🫧 and a champagne atmosphere. Women may like it. 👧🏻 Chill it well and drink it in a wine glass. It's good to drink as an aperitif 😶. Slightly cloudy, It has a refined sweetness and a sourness like the top layer of plain yogurt when you drink it. Lactobacillus? The aftertaste is sticky. The aftertaste is refreshing and not sticky.

And the label is nice and clean. I bought it because I've never had a summer sake from Ganki 🌻. The lid is just so hard compared to the past 🥹. Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 15 degrees Celsius The aroma is not so strong and the umami spreads loosely. It is as clear as the bottle, but also has a nice sharpness. It is not very peculiar, so you can drink it easily. It seems to go better with Western food than Japanese food. It might be better to drink it cold with a transparent glass cup 🫧.

Souvenir Sake for myself in Wakayama I bought this sake after reading in a guidebook that it is the only sake brewery in Koyasan! Hannya-yu = a secret word used in temples to refer to sake. When Buddha drank sake, he called it "Hannya-yu" and drank it, When Buddha drank sake, he said "Hannya-yu" and drank it. ✍️ (Guidebook information) Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 15-16 degrees Celsius Fruity aroma and mellow mouthfeel. The end is clean but not light, Feels a little heavy. Enjoyed as a food sake✨. Would go well with sesame tofu at Koyasan Cold or room temperature 🙆🏻‍♀️ Might be cooler to drink it with a pottery boar cup 🩷.

Nagasaki Sake Almost First Meeting 🤝 Souvenir Drinking The label is cool! It looks like Heian Bijin! The color of the bottle is a blue 💙, which you don't come across that often. The one I want in sea glass. Junmai Daiginjo Alcohol content: 15% alcohol by volume Polishing ratio: 50 It has a rich aroma before drinking, Even after drinking, the sweet aroma spreads slowly. Not a sticky sweetness. It has a feminine and gentle sweetness that matches the atmosphere of the label. It is best to drink it chilled with a glass of wine before a meal.

The stablemate of Harushika, the super dry limited edition ✨. We order it every year. First of all, the label is chic and cool! I drank it in a Harushika glass 🦌. Alcohol content: 16%. Rice polishing ratio: 60 Aromatic, pear-like freshness and the sweetness of the rice make it gentle on the palate. The sweetness of the rice gives it a gentle feel on the palate. But the aftertaste is not sticky and sharp, which is very Harushika-like. Drink with Bakudan🐟. Easy to drink as a food sake

The second souvenir from my trip to Shimoda 🍶. Using "Kinuhikari" rice produced in Shimoda, A sake brewery in Fujinomiya asked us to make it for them. It's made by a sake brewery in Fujinomiya on request. ✍️ I thought I couldn't drink Shimoda sake because there is no sake brewery in Shimoda, but they said the rice is made in Shimoda. I almost feel like I'm drinking Shimoda 🫡. Alcohol content 17 degrees, a little high for a sake. The color is clear and colorless, the aroma is fruity and sharp 🙆🏻‍♀️ It is best to drink it cold with a cup of yakimono (grilled food)! Next time I would like to drink it with simmered kinmei fish like in Shimoda!

Lunch at Yizishin It looks like "yizui", not "drunken The restaurant is owned by the brewer of Yizushin! I ordered a summer sake because I was attracted by the limited time offer! It is made with soft water! It's very refreshing when it's cold. It is very refreshing and has a nice oiliness. I enjoyed it with soba noodles and tempura. 🙏🏻´- The penguin on the label is also a nice touch. It was nice to feel the summer and the coldness of the season 🐧.

A wander to the restaurant where Kazuhiko Ota used to go🚶. Not local sake. It's made by Hana-no-Mai Sake Brewery in Hamamatsu. This sake is only available in Shimoda? The label has a sea cucumber wall and a black ship on it. It's very Shimoda-like 👏. It made me feel like Perry. When it's cold, it's sweet without much habit, I think it tastes better at room temperature, where you can feel the taste and flavor. It's easy to drink and I wonder if people from overseas would like it? I'm not sure 😶.

I haven't had Shizuoka sake for a long time 🍶. A glass at a ryokan! It's not "drunk" but "yizui"! The first aroma is of rice. After drinking it, it has a rounded taste. It tastes clear and thick! Because it has a strong rice flavor, it is more suitable for strong flavored food than sashimi. I think it goes well with strong flavored food 🤔. It went well with smoked kinme 🐟.

Birthday gift sake 🍶. I don't drink much sake from Kanagawa, so this is new to me! First time for me to drink Tensei! It was also my first time to drink sake made with Aizan! It had a little bit of color, and when I drank it in a light-colored glass It was so nice! Not much aroma from the glass. The sake is well balanced with a Sake Degree of +/- 0, A little bit of sourness. It is easy to drink with its gentle sweetness and clear atmosphere. I think people who don't like sake and girls would like it. 👧🏻🤍

It's been a while since I've had a Kirinzan 🩷. It's so clear and sharp when it's cold. But it's almost watery, so I drink it very fast. I think it would be better to drink it at room temperature or not too cold, so you can enjoy the fresh, raw taste without the sticky feeling with a soft fruity aroma. I like it very much at room temperature! I want to buy Kirinzan Nagareboshi again this year 🫠.

Wakayama sake drinking 2🐼 I've had Kurumazaka, but I've never had Negoro, so I challenged myself! Focusing on Wakayama rice and water from Wakayama, It seems to be made in an earthen-walled warehouse. The gold part of the label is a motif of the big pagoda of Negoroji Temple, which is mentioned in the name, and the atmosphere of a temple in the middle of a Japanese flag is very atmospheric. 🇯🇵 It has a little bit of color, but it's not too acidic. It is mild and gentle, not too assertive and easy to drink. It may be good lukewarm or at room temperature. It's not sold in stores, so I'll order it 🫠.

Wakayama sake drinking🐼 This is my first dry sake from Kido! Slightly fruity, with a gentle taste of rice. It has a refreshing taste, I paired it with fish and dashi soup, but I think it would go well with any meal! I heard it's a cosy sake, so I want to repeat it! I really liked it 🤍.

Harushika x Nara Women's University collaboration product 👏. I bought it when I heard at a tasting that it was made with yeast from Nara's Yaezakura cherry trees. Yaezakura yeast is too good to be true! The label is beautiful too🌸 Should I have drunk it in a stylish wine glass? It has a tinge of color and looks like old sake! It has a sour taste, so it might be better to drink it cold. I think this sake is as elegant as it looks and girls like it. 👧🏻🤍
