〜For the record I was curious about the name, which sounds like "Doricum", so I ordered it 🦄. It seems to be a sake made in anticipation of the Wind Forest 25 years from now. It's a bit schwiffy on the palate. It has a deep taste, but it doesn't interfere with your meal. You can only drink it this year, so it was the right decision to order it: 🙆🏻‍♀️

It's been a while since I've had a limited edition drunken whale. Not a strong aroma, so you can drink it in a drinking glass. Sourness and sharpness! It's just like the name says, it's like early summer! It was a good match for the bonito 💕︎︎. The label is not a sticker type, so it was fresh.

100% Omachi 🌾. Because it's unpasteurized sake, it's fresh and crisp. Maybe you should drink it in a wine glass. Taste changes with temperature and time after opening. When it's cold, it's refreshing and minty, At room temperature, the aroma is heavy. But it has the gentle sweetness and sharpness of Omachi. The label is beautiful.

My first Eiko-Fuji! It's a Yamagata sake, so I had high expectations and it exceeded them✨. It's hard to believe it's 80% polished rice! Clear and refreshing to the aftertaste! The initial bakuren-like aroma is also very Yamagata-like 👏. After that, it's like it just disappears. I want to drink it again 🥹.
