Sake purchased during a visit to the Rokkasen Sake Brewery in Yamagata Prefecture
I bought it because of the fresh and summery paper bag it was wrapped in.
It is said to be aged in storage for 6 months and made from 100% Yamagata rice (quoted by the brewery).
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Alcohol content: 16%.
Rice: 100% Yamagata Prefecture's Izuwasanbai
A little sourness at first? Or rather, you can feel a tangy taste on your tongue.
It is perfect to drink in summer,
Aroma like cucumber or watermelon and
It has a refreshing sweetness and clarity 🍉.
It tastes like water when it's cold,
I prefer to drink it when it's a little warmer to get the full flavor and aroma. 🙆🏻♀️
