This is it, Happy New Year.
Please look at this label. It is the year of the tiger.
There is not much standing aroma, but it is fragrant in the mouth. The taste also remains.
Happy New Year!
My first post of the year is with my favorite flax cat.
It has a slight foam that you can tell when you open it and a sweetness that is unique to Shinsei. It is the best.
Although it has a polish of 50, it is sold as Junmai-shu and has good cost performance. The aroma is assertive from the moment you put it in your mouth. There is no fizziness at all, which is characteristic of raw sake.
It's delicious.
I'll write it again because it's important.
It's delicious.
This is also my first time in Shimane. Coloring.
I've been drinking a lot of nigori and origarami lately.
I know some people like to drink hot sake this season, but I choose to drink nama-shu.
It's hard to tell from the aroma alone, but you can smell it in your mouth. It tastes like lactic acid.
This is the first time in Wakayama since I started drinking sake. Nuri nuri.
The taste is classic. You can feel the alcohol of the original sake strongly. Not much aroma.
A cool feeling that spreads from the moment you put it in your mouth.
Is it the sharpness due to the alcoholic beverage or the sharpness of the freshness?
Lactic acid. Lactic acid. Lactic acid.
The lactic acid system that wants to praise Ichiro Furudate who metaphorically called the 3rd stage of SASUKE lactic acid hell.
It is a refreshing slight firing.
Soba sake is rare in the world. Please look at this pink color.
It is refreshing and crispy. I don't know the aroma of soba but it goes well with rich dishes. We will have it with yakitori tonight.
