This year's version has more bitterness.
Junmai sake 60%.
I think it has about +1 sake.
Purchased at Hisada Sake Shop on 12/2 and opened on 1/1.
Sweet and fruity, well balanced with a good ginjo aroma.
I would like to drink the next time I have it.
