Sake from the brewery I wanted to meet
Sake's Royalty, the 14th generation
A stable sake with a fruity aroma and a refreshing sweetness.
Maybe it was because I was drunk, but the sweetness was a little underwhelming.
I wonder if there was a sense of gas.
I've been wanting to try a lot of other 14s.
This is my second bottle of kojoshu.
The first one was the Shinsei no Tori.
It's not as sweet as this one.
It was a very strong, fruity, pineapple-type bottle.
This is another one I wanted to meet.
It had a nice balance of acidity and umami, and it was very, very gorgeous, very clean and clear.
Another favorite.
This is the one I wanted to meet, which will become a rare drink in the future
The taste is refreshing on the palate at first, followed by a delicious and sweet taste.
