This is my first time at Kaze no Mori.
I got a recommendation from the waiter.
I was told that it tastes good from the third day, but it was very tasty from the time the bottle was opened and I drank it right away.

A souvenir from a trip to Niigata. Purchased it because it is limited to the prefecture and tastes like white wine.
The sake shop has a nice atmosphere and the staff explained everything in detail. If I have a chance to visit Niigata, I would like to stop by again.
