Hajimemashite's Shimane no Kokuhiki, which I received as a gift while drinking yesterday's Koei Kiku.
The color and deep fruity flavor are nothing short of amazing. It is a drink of another dimension, so much so that it no longer seems to be sake.
I am so happy.

Oita brand fish, kabosu yellowtail (I know I was just about to eat it, but 300 yen for 8 slices is not cheap!) ), hokki-gai clams, shimaji jack mackerel, and kobanzame (a small shark) that we got as a freebie.
Yakitori and grilled eggplant to accompany the beer.
We also had some price-cutting cheinmuscat for dessert for the kids.
