Thank you for another year of service. We love Yukino Kayasha, and the last of this year's sake is freshly squeezed new sake. We will finish the year with Kabosu Buri.

Every year, we spend the year-end and New Year holidays with Kaorucho's new sake. This year, the sake shop recommends Nouveau Oorigarami. It is a new sake with a punchy taste at 17 degrees Celsius. You can taste the aroma and drink it, so it was perfect for drinking at my parents' house.

This is the third installment of my favorite Koei Kiku. There are about 5 more that I haven't drank yet, so more to come. I wonder why they make it so fruity. The best Christmas.

Kido Junmai-shu, the most cost-effective junmai-shu. It's so good! Save a little for the end of the year. I heard that two kinds of Koei chrysanthemums are coming in toward the end of the year, and I'm planning to buy a new variety of Kaorucho, an annual, so now I'll take care of cheap umami Kido's.

Hajimemashite's Shimane no Kokuhiki, which I received as a gift while drinking yesterday's Koei Kiku. The color and deep fruity flavor are nothing short of amazing. It is a drink of another dimension, so much so that it no longer seems to be sake. I am so happy.

I was so impressed with Sunburst the other day that I bought the second in the series. The acidity, sweetness, and mouthfeel are perfect. It's a real sensation. Thanks to Maruda Sakepo for stocking it. Saga is a wonderful place! Today we had oysters from Oita Prefecture, sashimi of kochi, and kinpira.

First time in a year, Okushi-Raifuku Hiyoroshi. Dewa Sanzan is as good as it should be. Today we had seared barracuda, seared Spanish mackerel, and horse mackerel.

Nice to meet you, Hanzo. It's light but deep in flavor. The head of the sea bream I got from the fishmonger is boiled in ara and made into tai-meshi (sea bream rice).

Today is the weekend. I have to work tomorrow, though. My favorite Omine's first time, Akirei Kasumi. Sekisaba mackerel (480 yen - isn't it cheap?) and mizuika squid.
