Like a slightly sweet water, a little dangerous in many ways. Clean, refreshing and light with a sweet twang of lactic acidity, a little nasty aroma that won't let you grab the tail (you can't stop). A small tsundere! Delicious and too much to drink,! We finished dinner without alcohol, but around the time the date turned to midnight, my husband started asking me for advice. We both started to drink. We had peanuts for snacks. I thought we were only going to have one drink, but it was just like an affable gulp of wine! We just keep going and going. I almost finished a bottle. Modern Sentori has been at the top of my list of favorite brands for a long time since I first tried it, and I still love it. I would like to keep a bottle of it in the fridge during the summer. #Nishikawa's glass

It was crisp, refreshing, and manly! After having a rather solid glass of white wine with some small dishes, I wanted to finish off the meal with a refreshing wine whose aroma was not too strong on the nose. It has a dryness that sweeps away the damp air peculiar to this season, and a light yet robust flavor that is easy to drink and does not linger in a good way!

When I ordered the Nichinichi, I was told that this one at this time of year is recommended because it has a slightly effervescent taste that betrays a good sense of the season, so I gave it a try. Wakanami's standard sake is supposed to be a strong sake that should be heated (which I don't like so much), but it is indeed refreshing and tasty. It is not the kind of sake you drink in a small cup! (in a good way). We had the Nanko Ume (Nanko Japanese plum) with the sake as recommended by the chef.

It's refreshing and has a nice sharpness. Not my favorite, but good with butter, meat, and other strong flavored drinks. Excellent as a food sake.

Good aroma, fresh and fruity. Freshly opened, cold, and chilled! It tastes good when it is just opened and chilled. When the temperature rises after a few hours, it starts to feel like "sake," and the fermented umami and acidity turn a bit sweaty and sticky. It is not a sake to drink slowly. LOL!

Standard deliciousness! It is crisp and bright, and I never get tired of drinking it, which is a good feeling. I feel happy when I drink it with fried food, delicacies, and other so-called "snacks for sake" in the latter half of a meal.

It's acidic, tasty, refreshing, and just delicious! I originally like to drink it more like water, but the fruity and gorgeous taste is not unpleasant. I like to drink it more like water, but it is not unpleasantly fruity and gorgeous. It goes very well with fried sakura shrimps with vinegared oranges and salt, which is only available at this time of the year.

Bashful and dry with acidity. It could be a little more umami or refreshing, but if you want more umami, it might be too sticky. But if you want more umami, it might be too sticky. It is dry and goes well with seared sashimi.
