I bought it when I didn't know what I was doing ㈒㈒㉶ I asked the president of the liquor store, "Which ones are good cold as well?" I asked the president of the liquor store. ☆ Finished drinking today ❗ I saw the word "ripe" on the tag and thought it was for warming up, so I left it alone for a bit... ☆ Is this really a top quality product❓ I wonder if they put the contents of the bottle in the wrong bottle with the more expensive one. I think it's so good 💖. I drank it cold at first, but I prefer to drink it cold on purpose I like it better when it's cold and the taste is suppressed🍀* 😦😦. It tastes like a foreign fruit-flavored chewing gum. Sorry for my ⬆dumb tongue and inability to express myself 💦. I looked it up and found that it's only available in my hometown. ☆ I always stop by to check out the sake. The local supermarket already had summer sake 🎆. If you look closely, you'll see that it's junmai sake and comes with a set of glasses! The price is less than 800 yen (excluding tax) ‼️😳 ̖́-︎ So I bought it without thinking 🍀* 🍀̖̖́-︎. As it is written on the label The full-bodied and delicious flavor is preserved with a clean aftertaste! It's very tasty 💖. I would recommend to cool it down. As the temperature rises, the acidity becomes stronger ⬅ but that's just my preference. ☆ I've tried it a few times with cold sake. It has a strong taste with an alcohol content of 19~20 degrees Celsius. The sweet, spicy, astringent, bitter, and acidic tastes are right in the middle of each other. I don't know if my nose is stuffed up or not, but I can't smell it that much. The brewer recommended cold or warmed sake. Maybe it's better cold or warmed... ⁉️ Maybe I'll try it again later 🤔💭💭. I'm getting my first kijoshu as an aperitif 😳✨ It's a sake with a Sake strength of -63 I thought it would be very sweet It has acidity, this rosé color and 12% alcohol by volume. If you don't know it's a sweet wine ‼️🍷 It's delicious but I can't drink a lot of sweet wine I can't drink a lot of sweet wine, so I'm going to drink it on my day off. ☆ I'm a fanatic, but I also have a meek heart. I try to drink the latest trends when I encounter them🍀* 🍀* ゚ It's been a while since I've had Nara Prefecture's sake 🍶´-. I searched for it and found that it has a "lactic acid aroma that reminds me of yogurt the moment I open the lid. The aroma of lactic acid that makes you think of yogurt the moment you open the lid". but I don't know if my nose is not in good shape or what. I don't feel it today... I'm not sure if it's my nose or not... It has a modern taste that seems to be popular with everyone. The alcohol content is 15%, but is it 1~2 degrees higher? It has a rich and mellow flavor, and the sweetness is moderate without being too sweet. Cold sake is good, but it can be served at a slightly higher temperature. I think I prefer it cold (room temperature) 🥹💖. The next day, I compared the sake from different sakes. ☆. The last bottle of sake abandonment: ‼️ It's snowing today. I finally opened it 🥹💖 because dinner is going to be a snack too. My impression was "...! It wasn't what I expected. It's not bad, but I don't think it's my favorite. I think it would be a good gift for someone who has never had it before🍀* ゚ I drank it in a wine glass. Sweetness, spiciness, acidity, astringency, aroma... Just in the middle! Tastes like water in a good way 🍶. I wonder if anyone else has the same impression! As I kept drinking (temperature rising) I got sweetness and astringency. It doesn't seem like it's 17 degrees 🙃. It's a little old, but it was cold stored (fridge). Hmmm... I don't think the taste changes that much... Maybe it's because I have a poor palate... If it's the same brewery, I preferred the Junmai to Junmai Daiginjo I drank before. ☆ I opened this one, too, and I'll tell you what it tastes like in plain English. "sour cemedine." In general, I'd say it's angular: ⁉️ It's completely different from yellow lemon doo 🍋. The alcohol content is 5 degrees, so I have to worry about storing it... But I can't drink it as it is... I'll leave it at room temperature for now 🍶- ⬇Addition (2025.07.02) Pasta with garlic, anchovies and tomatoes at dawn. I paired it with a glass of wine and cold sake. Cemedine goes well with my anchovy habit👍✨. It's been 6 months and the cemedine still hasn't faded 🤣𐤔 It was a substitute for white wine 💕 ⬇addendum (2025.08.22) I drank it cold (room temperature) in a wine glass. The cemedine feeling is diminished, but the acidity increases. w It's like a certain expedition.
