I haven't enjoyed sake like lemon shochu high since Kumezakura Shuzo's
I haven't enjoyed sake like this since Kumezakura Sake Brewery's "Lemon Doo" Yellow Label 💕.
I wonder if it's because of the difference in sake level or the white malted rice.
I have the impression that "Yone Rikki" is dry!
Lemon D'Oo" immediately became my favorite flavor.
But "Yone Rikki" was not so!
I'm going to explore the ratio with carbonation, with or without ice, the type of citrus fruits, etc.
It's fun to explore different tastes 😎🫰.

I drank it chilled in a wine glass ❗
When I let the air in, it has a very nice aroma of white malted rice.
It tastes like a raw sake though it's a hidatsu sake 😳.
Maybe this is the way to drink it without carbonation: 👨🔬
