Today is the day
Hiroshima junmai sake made with Hachitan-nishiki is chilled and opened❗
At first it passed over my tongue in the order of sweet, sour and spicy 🏎💨
Thought it was a sake with a good taste of rice...
I don't know, I drank too much 🤪🤪.
It looks like it would look great warmed up by bringing it back to room temperature 🍶´-

It seems not to choose a good aroma and snacks 🐟.
Next time, I'll warm it up when it gets cold...

After drinking Shochiku Ume Josen
I took a sip at room temperature...
It felt super light and dry 😂.
I drank other Junmai sake but it was spicy.
I'm not sure if the Shochiku Ume is sweet or not.
