I had a sudden urge to drink nigori, so I procured three local bottles🍀* 🍀* ◘◘◘.
Let's start with the sparkler...

I had it cold and chilled to the bone.
Nigori gives the impression of being sweet, but it is not.
It has a spicy, acidic and bitter taste with a hint of rice flavor.
I drank it with a bowl of pork cutlet served on top of a bowl of rice.

Maybe it would look good cold (room temperature) or warmed up.
