I couldn't find the sake from another prefecture that I wanted, so I bought Morishima from Sumai Prefecture, which I had noticed in various places and was curious about. The aroma is like yogurt. The mouthfeel is slightly effervescent with a refreshing yogurt-like acidity along with the aroma. Fresh! The aftertaste is also bitter, but the bitterness disappears gently and invites the next sip. Delicious while fresh and to be enjoyed without being swallowed by the sake. The day after tomorrow, the first Risshun Hatsu Shibori that I ordered for the first time will come, and any more sake bottle occupancy will be a complaint from the Polish.

Hi Nanka Yokai 😃 Even if you can't find out-of-prefecture sake, it's OK because Morishima's Miyamanishiki is so good 😋. I have no complaints at home because we are a couple drinking 😁The fridge problem is a big problem everywhere 😅.

This is my second Okuroku since I drank UNITE from Okuroku before (I bought it during Mr. Otani's 40-40 and have fond memories of it). This time I bought CRESCENT. It is moderately priced, but the taste is just as good as the price! The aroma is rich with rice aroma and the taste is not too sweet on the palate. This is the first shot of PB 2025 by La Jomon, who always numbs the beejeezus out of me. I was lucky to find it on the day I visited: ✌️ Is this a reprint of that Nanuka series? I thought so, but I heard it's not quite the same. Aromatic, sweet, tropical flavor. It has a sweet, tropical flavor with a high aroma. It has a mild sharpness. It is more relaxing than numbing. Somehow, it had the atmosphere of a Fukushima sake. I was surprised that this junmai daiginjo was priced at 1,800 yen. 1/31 I was somehow drunk by Mr. Morishima, and after a glass of Okuroku and a glass of Nanuka when I was tipsy, I found that the sake was delicious ‼️, the aroma was good, and the sharpness from the sweetness was somewhat sharp🪒I don't know if it was the time or the drunkenness, but that is the hateful thing about sake😤. Or maybe this is LaJomon's swamp: ⛰️ At any rate, I'm legitimately flying 🪽 momentum.

I recently went on a trip to Wakayama and bought some local sake near my residence that I had been holding back. First, I was surprised at the affordable price 🫢. I drank it and was amazed at how good it tasted, a bit out of proportion to the price. ‼️ I could smell the sweet aroma, and as I drank it, I felt a gentle sweetness like peach and apricot, a little tingling and stimulation, and a moderate sweetness that lingered afterwards. Holy cow!

The second bottle was Mimuro Sugi Tokubetsu Junmai Dry, Rohafu. The mouthfeel was like apricots and plums, softer and juicier than the Yamadanishiki we had the last time, with a bit of sweetness and fruitiness. After that, it is stimulating and sharp. The impression is round and dry. The second day after opening the bottle. The juiciness of the mouthfeel has somewhat decreased, and the dryness of the mouthfeel has become more pronounced. It's refreshing and good too. I heated a small amount in the microwave to try it out. It was soft, juicy, and sweet, with a hint of richness! I wondered if it was possible to heat sake that is not recommended to be refrigerated! Holy crap, I was addicted to 2 or 3 cups!

From the moment the cork was opened, the aroma of rice (I wonder if this is called "ginjo aroma"?) The mouthfeel was sharp with strong alcohol stimulation. The flavor of rice and sweetness also pass through the nose. It also has a somewhat oaky flavor. I would like to know more about this kind of sake. It has been about a week since the bottle was opened. 1/25, it started to have an aged flavor like soy sauce or men-tsuyu (T-T). 1/23, the stimulation and sharpness became milder right after the bottle was opened, but it was still delicious. What happened! I've been storing it in the vegetable room for a long time.

A refreshing sake that feels like sweet and sour, crunchy Fuji apples 🍎 followed by a slight bitterness in the freshness. It is a sake that makes you want to keep drinking while you savor it. I had been curious about this sake for a while, but when I saw that a liquor store in my neighborhood started carrying it, I was able to get it right away. I am happy to think that I will be able to drink it often from now on. ☺️

Juicy and sweet on the palate. There is a strong alcohol feeling afterwards, and in the aftertaste, the juiciness comes again and remains in the mouth with a moderate sweetness. It gives the impression of a peach, a specialty of Fukushima. A little hard peach before it is fully ripe. I used to not like sweet sake, but this is one of the first sake that I have come to enjoy.
