Nanka Yokai
While I was wondering about utashiro, I found a distributor at a rather nearby liquor store!
I was somewhat curious about kijoshu, and this was my first try.
It has a sweet and mild taste. It is like honey, with a hint of lemon-like acidity in the back. It has a golden color with a sense of maturity. And yet, there is a piquant gassy feeling.
Is it past or present? It is truly a time machine. ‼️
The taste quickly snaps out, and it feels like honey lemon tea in the aftertaste.
It was great with a bowl of seafood 😆.
I want to drink it with sashimi again tomorrow.
