Nanka Yokai
It has a pretty name, but it is quite dry and has a peculiar, robust flavor, as if it had been aged for a long time. It also reminded me of Urboros, a noble sake I drank for the first time the other day.
The color is clear, and it tastes like a sake made from the yeast of a traditional sake brewery 👅.
It was my first time drinking Takeyoshi. 🗡️
6/11 A few days after opening the bottle, the taste has rounded out! It used to be peculiar, but now it's getting older and gentler! I like the gentle one, too.
I like the gentler one, but I can't get rid of the bold flavor of the first one, so I decided to warm it up! The aroma is robust and the taste is mild! Great flavor and a bit of acidity too 😆.
