Comparison with Kiri-Tsukuba's light nigori...this time it's Urasato 🥰. It has aroma of banana and melon. It is served from the supernatant. The gas is stronger than that of Kiri-Tsukuba, and the sweet and umami flavors are light, but the umami has depth. It has a silky feeling, and the hints of banana. When mixed with the lees, it becomes juicy and full-bodied, and it is gradually tightened with bitterness. It is sweeter and more gorgeous than Kirizukuba✨. Both are delicious and the rest is preference 🥰 Both were well balanced and delicious nigori 🍶.

HinaHanaMama told me about Urasato's nigori, so I decided to compare Kirizukuba and Urasato's nigori 😊. I started with the Kiri-Tsukuba, which is distributed in Ibaraki Prefecture, so I popped it on the internet. The aroma is mild and faintly fruity. The gas is not as strong as the Urasato, but it's still very chili ✨I get a beautiful sweetness and umami, with some bitterness in the aftertaste. When you mix the lees, it becomes silky! There is also freshness, Urasato is a little more tannic than Kirizukuba 🤔The hint of aroma is also stronger with banana ✨I also feel the umami strongly. On the second day, the fresh sweet umami is easy to drink and refreshing. The silky feeling is gone and I feel a bit of bitterness at the end. The second day is easier to drink and I can drink it as much as I want 😋.

While I was wondering about utashiro, I found a distributor at a rather nearby liquor store! I was somewhat curious about kijoshu, and this was my first try. It has a sweet and mild taste. It is like honey, with a hint of lemon-like acidity in the back. It has a golden color with a sense of maturity. And yet, there is a piquant gassy feeling. Is it past or present? It is truly a time machine. ‼️ The taste quickly snaps out, and it feels like honey lemon tea in the aftertaste. It was great with a bowl of seafood 😆. I want to drink it with sashimi again tomorrow. My 9 year old son came up to me and asked me to smell the sake! I let him sniff it and he said, "It smells like bananas!
