Kiyotaku
I visited Mukai Sake Brewery and got this during my trip to Amanohashidate area during Golden Week. I bought it when I had lunch at Ine and saw the person next to me drinking it with relish. It is made from ancient rice and has a unique color, taste, and aroma ๐ถ At first I thought it had a strong habit and wondered what it was, but after drinking it on the rocks or with soda, I began to enjoy its habit. The aroma and taste are reminiscent of the syrup you get when you catch a cold. I forgot to try it hot, so I will try it when I have a chance.
