It's hard to describe, but it's like feeling the deliciousness of rice sugar. I think it goes well with chocolate! It is really delicious 😋 It is beyond the genre of sake! I got some sakekasu from Kaze no Mori. I put it in miso soup and it was delicious and rich. It might also be good in amazake or baked as it is. ‼️
