Not too spicy. It is more of an after-dinner drink or a drink to be enjoyed with something mildly flavored like oden than a heavy mealtime drink.
I will buy it again and buy it by the bottle.
Limited to Higashi-chayamachi. Sake degree +3, rice polishing ratio 50%. It is spicier and more refreshing than the Tengu Mai (Yamahai, same sake level) that I remember. I feel like eating it with Sawan or nuts.
I'll try it again the next time I see it!
Looks like sweet sake. There is no particular aroma. It has a faint melon-like aroma in the mouth and disappears quickly and crisply. I might want to try it again the next time I see it.
I drank one offered at the hot sake fair in the basement of Lucua Osaka. I thought it was a bit of a waste. I thought it was a bit of a waste, but it had a level of flavor and umami balance that is hard to find when hot sake is heated. It was delicious...but I'm sure I wouldn't do the same thing if I bought a bottle of tasake myself, for fear of making a mistake.
Kurumazaka nama-hashiroshi junmai-shu. Cute label. Easy to pair with any meal! Spicy and fluffy aroma. The liquid is quite brownish. Sake meter: +1.8 Acidity: 2.5
