I got it as a celebration.
I had probably never had sake from Saitama before, but it had a nice aroma. The fact that it was not Junmai Daiginjo gave it a certain depth, but in general it was very tasty.
I've been really into "tobin-tori" recently!
It was pure, fresh and really tasty!
The only sake I remember from Wakayama was Kido, but now I remember it and I love it 🫶.
This is already ridiculously sweet.
These drinks are delicious, but if you drink them last, you're getting drunk, and when is the best time to drink them...
Kotobuki's limited edition sake
I didn't have a good image of Nagano sake, but it is delicious and goes well with food.
I used to think junmai ginjo was half-baked, but I'm beginning to realize that it has its own merits.
Gold medalist at the 2023 New Sake Competition
Daiginjo is also delicious.
Aromatic, but with a slight taste of brewer's alcohol.
I wonder if it is better suited for after dinner than during dinner.
