I wanted to try it once, Saku.
So, after much hesitation, I bought a bottle of Hiyayogoshi and left it until now (laugh).
My impression was that it was easy to drink like water.
It is not too frizzy, and since it is hiyaoroshi, it has a calm taste (not too thick), and goes well with food🍀*!
It's too good to drink it in one go, so I'll keep a little bit of 1 goshu and drink it later.
Good morning to you 😃.
I didn't know it was your first time to drink Saku 😁Saku is another classic sake that is very easy to drink and delicious 👍I haven't had it for a while so I wanted to drink it 😋.
Since the New Year started yesterday, we enjoyed it with New Year's dishes such as simmered dishes and black soybeans.
The aroma was mild, but gorgeous, just like a ginjo-shu. It was smooth on the palate.
I opened a new sake at the same time, but this one had a strong bitter aftertaste, but the NewYear one is really easy to drink✌😚.
I wanted to let it sit for a bit, so I held off halfway through and put it back in the fridge 😖.
I'll try it on the next three weekends 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭... 🧸𓈒 𓏸
Oh, I am late in greeting you. I wish you all a very Happy New Year!
I got it safe and sound 😚.
Delicious sake from Cho~ichiryu!
I'll drink it at the beginning of the year 🍶.
I'm going to open it with another one........
Good evening, SUGI, and thank you for your comment! And congratulations on getting the zodiac bottle 🎉I took today off work for this 🎉I'm the New Year's man so I was really into it this year🤣.
I bought it in early fall and it was sleeping in Lemacom.
I had it with a maitake mushroom pizza and a mentaiko mayonnaise pizza
(both homemade) 😁.
I'm so glad I bought it. The best cospa 😊Kido for the first time in a long time.
A slight bitterness in the aroma. Delicious 😋.
It flowed this way, which is different from Swissy.
I had bought this Shichibon-yari as a souvenir from my trip to Shiga.
It was a classical Japanese sake.
At first, I drank it at room temperature.
Now, the last one for Hakodate is this one, which I bought for the second night's dinner, but brought back after eating too much at the buffet.
I took a sip, hoping that this might be the first Junmai draft of this size. I took a sip with high expectations.
Yes, it is delicious. It's refreshing and easy to drink. It doesn't interfere with food. It's a winner!
But it's just too Swiss...
Now the third one. A sake called Niseko.
I don't remember how I got this one (lol).
And it tastes 🤣.
The third picture was an empty bottle of wine that I was curious about.
It was a night in Hakodate, and when I told them I wanted a second cup of sake with unpolished rice, this is what I got.
Unlike the first cup, it had a strong rice taste and a robust, dark flavor.
The dish was a kind of mapo tofu with blue cheese,
I enjoyed it with a side dish called 😋.
First time in Hokkaido. Our evening meal was at a restaurant recommended by the madam of the Italian restaurant where we had lunch.
We asked for a junmai sake from Hokkaido, and this Goryo was served.
It was very refreshing and a delicious sake that could be paired with a variety of dishes!
We had it with 5 pieces of sashimi 😋.
Thank you madam 😊.
It was my first time to visit this restaurant. I had been avoiding it because it seemed to have a lot of regulars, but my senpai invited me to try it and I went in!
As it turned out, it was a great decision.
The young sake-loving young man showed me the sake he had stocked up on today and I chose this one. I had never had Hanamup's Yamada-Nishiki before, and I was so excited to be allowed to open the bottle.
It has a gentle but nice aroma that is not too strong. Very easy to drink and sui (ง˘ω˘)วsui!
The price was not what it should be, but it was delicious 😋.
Sentori for the first time in a long time. This is the first bottle of Akatombo I've ever bought.
The aroma is of purple grapes such as Kyoho or Fujitoshi.
It has a slight thickening taste. Delicious.
It's a good season for me because I like autumn harvest, but I've been gaining weight recently, so I've been cutting back on alcohol, so my stock hasn't been decreasing.
But I opened the bottle right away on the day I bought it!
(I opened it the same day I bought it.
Sake Day, pre-ceremony (posted on the morning of Sake Day✨)
This was recommended for my partner.
Mmmm. Sweet and tasty and tasty~ ☺️
This is the first time for me to try it. It is made from Shiga Prefecture's Ginbukietsu, 50% polished rice, so is it a Junmai Daiginjo?
Well, it doesn't matter because it's delicious.
I want to try the other ones💦.
We had it with fried baby corn 😋.
Ponchan, sorry for the delay in commenting.
So. I drank it. I don't really remember if it was cosy or not, but my partner was happy to drink it 😊...|-๑)" ♡♡♡
Memories of summer, Day 2. We stayed at an auberge in Shiga. For me, it was quite a luxury (lol).
When I saw the course menu, I was immediately impressed!
The omakase pairing was expensive and I am not much of a drinker, so I decided to choose my own sake, but I thought, "This one recommends sake at first.
I asked the sister and she said, as expected, sake or white wine at the beginning and red wine from the middle.
So, here it is. Hmmm. Easy to drink and delicious. But it has a sweet and sour taste that goes well with the foodー☺️We had it with grilled sweetfish.
To be continued in the next post.
Hello, Tasake for your first sake ☀☀☀☀☀☀!
Welcome to Shiga! I see you went to Auberge 😳I don't know where, but I'm jealous because I've never been there ✨and Furozumi's light nigori is delicious ❣️
Thanks for your comment, Pon 😊.
Shiga, I enjoyed it! I had Saba Somen (mackerel noodle)!
It's located in the north of Lake Biwa and is a member of the Auberge Association. And the Furoisen was delicious. Got some sake from another brewery as a souvenir!
The Koyumitsuru Brewery is located in Inuyama City, Aichi Prefecture. Beer is probably the more popular beer nowadays.
I, too, had heard of beer, but did not know about this one.
Sake no Wa, it was not listed in the brewery.
This sake was recommended to me at a long-established teishoku restaurant where we had dinner during a summer trip. It went well with yudofu.
It is for recording summer memories.
Long time no post.
I bought this from a liquor store in Kitamoto City some time ago. I opened it because I had been putting it off for some reason.
I can't describe it well, but it's a taste I haven't encountered very often? I don't know if it's because it's a jumizu brew, but it goes well with food.
I drank it at room temperature, so next time I will drink it cold.
Hello, my first sake is Tasake.
I have had the red label of this sake once, and I remember it was very rich and tasty 🎵.
I would like to try the green label if I have a chance.
Good evening, ma-ki-san.
I bought this wine because it was recommended to me by an older colleague at work who likes to drink. I think this one is also a full-bodied type, but it goes well with food, and my wife (who is not a big drinker) said it was delicious. Recommendation
I am going on a trip to Shiga Prefecture, so I chose this sake to drink before my trip.
I was told that there is no additive yeast. It is one of the wonders of sake, isn't it?
I enjoyed this sake with pork cutlet as a side dish, feeling its unique flavor, which is not found in any other sake.
I think it will be interesting even after some time after opening the bottle 😁.
And lastly, I chose a ginjo-hara sake.
I think I have had Okunomatsu before, but this was my first time drinking this ginjo-hara sake, so I compared it with Hareno's ginjo-hara sake.
This one is easy to drink and can go on its own!
It was my favorite of the three.
Drinking Comparison. Other than another sake from the same kura, I was attracted to the 20 degree degree alcohol content, so I took the challenge.
Every time I took a sip, I had to drink: peace water, sake, quail eggs, sake, peace water, quail eggs, sake,
and I couldn't drink sake continuously (laugh).
As the label says, it is better to break it up and drink it
(I think it would be better to drink it with a glass of sake, as it says on the label.
Comparison.
Okay, now the cheap Junmai Ginjo. It was described as fruity, but I didn't really feel it😅.
Maybe it was too long since the bottle was opened.
Too bad.
