おのっちThe Instrumental Masamune's Honjozo was so good, I bought the Natural Land! It smells like lychee, and it's pizzazz on the palate! The flavor is buzzing, but it pulls back without being so heavy, leaving an aftertaste. Paired with the bonito sashimi, it was delicious!

おのっちThis is my first fall deer. The aroma gives a sense of maturity. When you take it in your mouth, the aroma of ripening aroma leaves your nose while the rice flavor spreads on your tongue, and then it snaps off and leaves a nice bitter taste. It goes well with the firefly squid off the coast! In the heated sake recommended by the liquor store, it tastes better when it is thoroughly warmed. Warming up causes a noticeable tingling sensation on the tongue, while warming up causes a less intense sensation on the tongue. As it is heated, the tingling is less pronounced and the flavor is more pronounced. Personally, I prefer it hot.

おのっちThe aroma is gentle on the nose, and on the palate, the ripened and rounded flavor spreads. However, the acidity soon piqued, and it kicks in quickly! First time I've had it and it's good! I'd love to try the rest of the series! According to the liquor store, they recommend cold to cold sake.

おのっちI bought it for my home. This is an original sake from the Aizu sake store Uekiya Sake Shop. It's a light drink with a mouth full of flavor. It went perfectly with the sweet and spicy chicken liver! Despite being such a solid drink, the lightness of the drink was amazing! I want another drink!

おのっちThe future of sake! Purchased for home use. The sweetness of the rice spreads at first, but it cuts off quickly and leaves a lingering taste that's delicious! The sweetness of the rice reminded me of the 14th generation. It seemed to me that Takagi Shuzo was involved in the development of this sake rice.
