Posting No. 444. They have a limited edition sake that is a blend of 4 suminokoretsu. It seems that the percentage of sake rice is different every year, this year it is 20% Yamadanishiki, 26% Hachitanishiki, 22% Gin-no-Iroha, and 32% Omachi.
