This is a seasonal sake that was planned by the Japan Famous Sake Association and prayed for at a shrine or Buddhist temple. I wonder if it is a shrine since the brewery is located in Shiogama.
When I drank it, it has more acidity than I expected and is perfectly balanced with umami. It is a sake with a calm taste.
