Posting No. 434. This is my favorite limited edition sake that I haven't purchased in 2 years. The specs are undisclosed, except it is unfiltered, raw, and 16 degrees Celsius. When I drank it, it tasted very juicy and very nama-zake-like, as always. The acidity, sweetness, and gorgeous fruity aroma are all strong, making it a very tasty sake.
