Finally, the 381 on its last run. I may be the last to ride it. Yakumo de Yakumo, finally made: ‼︎ It is a delicious sake with a sweet taste. It goes perfectly with chikuwa. The sake goes down your throat with the flavor of the chikuwa and leaves your mouth feeling refreshed. I drank it all at once.

Hello, Haruei Chichi. I see... Well, I guess you could say it's a promise. But it's kind of a drinking comfort to match 381, isn't it?

Hi Hirupeko, 381 is a long and all-around vehicle that has been active on various lines. However, speaking locally, I can't deny that it looks outdated because it is not designed for young people, such as not being able to recharge the battery. Maybe you are with me?

The last one today is Akagisan. Gunma sake. It is a refreshing sake. It is not too thick and goes down your throat smoothly. However, it somehow mysteriously lingers on the tongue, allowing you to enjoy the lingering aftertaste. It is a delicious sake that requires no accompaniments. Today we had long seats until the end... It is difficult to enjoy the feeling of traveling slowly... but I am grateful that the railroads are maintained throughout the country. I will continue to support them with my drinking iron.

Haruei Chichi-san Good evening. The number of breweries seems to be decreasing by more than 30 per year. We have to support them too. I wonder if we can save the sake breweries that are in financial crisis but are making good sake, by creating the Sake-no-wa brand or something.

A train running in the suburbs. There are quite a lot of houses, but I guess people usually travel by car. This sake is from Fukushima. It has a refreshing taste, and the ginjo aroma spreads softly on the palate. It is a sake made in a modern style. When drunk with Yocchan Ika, it seems to add to the flavor of the Yocchan Ika, making it a good sake for a meal.

I bought some alcohol 🍶 at a supermarket in Karasuyama. After all, even in the suburbs, Kanto is crowded with people. I can't drink in a long seat... So, I took this photo at the station. You will feel a refreshing sweetness, followed by a bitter taste. After drinking it, the bitterness remains, but it is refreshing. It is a delicious sake that lingers forever.

Today, I plan to take a slightly bigger turn and head home. We will start with Aizu Homare. From the atmosphere of the label, I thought it would be a sweet sake, but it was quite refreshing. Perhaps it is because the aroma does not come to the nose when drinking through a straw. I had missed breakfast, so this sake went down smoothly with me.

The last stop today was Handa Township. I really wanted to drink... But there was no sake sold at the station, so we ended up drinking at Yamachan, which was located at the station after we got off the train. This sake has a flavor that is as good as chicken wings. When you drink it, the spicy aroma of the chicken wings is quickly taken away from your mouth. The ginjo aroma is also very strong, and if it is drunk on its own, it is a sake that can be enjoyed with a lingering aftertaste. At any rate, today's drinking session is over. We will let you know when we have another chance!

Long seats... I thought I couldn't drink, but it was empty, so I sneaked out to drink. There were only a few people on the entire line, as it is a line that is rumored to be discontinued. I think they are doing a good job because there is a train every 30 minutes, but perhaps the roads are getting better. Now, this cup of sake. It has a little bit of a tangy taste, but it is refreshing and cool. I myself am a person who likes a bit of a peculiar taste. It is quite tasty. I drank it all at once. I have one more place to go today. I wonder if I can do it.

Today is a petit drinking iron. More and more trains are being wrapped in animated wrapping. I used to think that trains should be in their original colors ‼︎, but seeing cheerful smiling faces somehow cheers me up, so I've been thinking recently that this is fine. I have very little knowledge of anime... Well, it's been a while since I've had Hana-no-Mai. The bitterness gives it a nice flavor. The bitterness in the umami taste leaves a lingering aftertaste in your mouth. It is good to enjoy the lingering taste as it is, but it is also exceptional when paired with the horse mackerel sushi we bought together. It seems to add even more flavor to the horse mackerel sushi. Actually, I didn't have breakfast, so this was my breakfast. Sorry 🙇 I'm indulging myself.

Drinking Iron Journey: Space Sake at the end. I am sorry. I couldn't feel the universe with my tongue, but it is what is called a dry sake. It is a sake that seems to cut out only the best parts of the rice. After the ginjo aroma from the nose, there is a slight tangy sensation on the tongue, and then it leaves the palate with a clear sensation. I thought it was a model of a good sake. The last photo is of Sugokukatai ice cream sold on the Tokaido Shinkansen train. I guess I will finish eating it soon, since it will no longer be sold in the train.

The third drinking train. However, this is a long-seat train with quite a lot of people. So I refrained from taking pictures of the train interior. The train moves through a wide plain with no mountains around. It is nice and spacious! The sake has a delicious flavor, followed by an aroma. It tastes a little sour, so it is refreshing, but it is rich. However, after a while, it disappears from your mouth. It is a sake that can be enjoyed without any accompaniments.

After having soba noodles from the station in the morning, we were ready to start our drinking spree! So, we started drinking from Iwaki Kotobuki, which I was attracted by the label at the station! It had a subtle aroma with a strong, refreshing sweetness, which is not something I am accustomed to, and I liked it. This sake is made from Koshihikari rice. The sweetness of the rice is in good balance with the sake, and it is delicious. A good sake to start with!

Long time no check-in I've been crazy busy lately... The sake is cool and not at all stinging as it flows through the mouth, as it is after the fall season. On the other hand, it has a strong flavor, with a hint of umami and bitterness. It would be great with a side dish. I had a cup of tsukemono + boiling water and felt like all the stress of the past month melted away!

We changed trains at Shimodate and took a diesel train to Toride... The sound of the engine and the rumble of the train as it straddles the rails is great... Drinking iron in the section with a small number of passengers until Shimotsuma. As expected of a Junmai Daiginjo, it has a nice, refreshing taste. It has a slightly bitter taste, which is a key point and brings out its own unique flavor. Since this sake is from Aizu, it would be a perfect match with pickled herring with sansho (Japanese pepper).

We go to the last stop and return home. It is a long seat, so it is a drinking iron in Sumiko. This sake has a koji aroma like amazake. It also tastes like amazake. the second part of the drinking iron For me, the climax of the day! This sake...I thought it had a little bit of a habit, but it's not as it appears on the label, it's made from a traditional sake yeast stock. It is even more tangy on the tongue. It is surprisingly easy to drink with a sense of umami in the midst of the habit. I found another good sake.

I thought I would be afraid of drinking iron because of the typhoon, but since it turned into a tropical depression and there seemed to be no damage, I did a little drinking iron. We started with this Souhyo. I bought a packet of it. It has a strong sweetness, and the sweetness lingers in the mouth for a long time. There is a sourness, but it is more sweetness than that. The previous Saturday was a fireworks display in Itami. I went to Itami early in the morning to help my parents with buying and other things... So I bought some good sake to reward myself. A super special Junmai Daiginjo Daichoju from Hakusetsu, which is only available locally. This sake is surprisingly smooth. It feels like it goes smoothly in the mouth. It has a delicious flavor that clings to the palate. However, it is not sticky, so it has a pleasant aftertaste. Also, when you drink it, a ginjo aroma spreads in your mouth, but it does not escape through your nose and stays in your mouth, so the happy feeling continues. It was worth it for me to take care of my parents.

I got Hanazen's bento box lunch at the station. This sake is not to be outdone by the tasty chicken meal. I bought this at a liquor store in front of the station while waiting at the Kazuno Hanawa station on the Hanawa Line. The gorgeously sensed umami spreads on the palate and the flavor remains on the tongue even after drinking. It is a sake that can be drunk without any accompaniments, but when paired with bento, it seems to emphasize both the sake and the chicken, doubling the flavor of both. As I said, local sake and snacks are the best tag-team. That concludes today's drinking session. Now it is time to sober up and return home.
