Today is a petit drinking iron. I am energized for work starting tomorrow. The sake is from Ibaraki, but we are drinking it in Fukushima! Girls und Panzer was a set of 3 bottles, so this is the second one! It's cold, so it's cold sake without refrigeration. The refreshing taste of the honjozo sake makes it easy to drink in the morning, even if you don't have anything to eat! Also, I feel the bitterness that is unique to Tsuki no I, which I also felt in the Junmai Ginjo. The bitterness has a nice aftertaste. Does it go well with the castle?

Vice General. I'm not a jackass...but I was attracted by the naming. Above a certain age bracket, I guess it reminds you of the yellow-girl in spicy clothes, doesn't it? The sake has a flavor with little miscellaneous taste. However, you can feel the umami flavor firmly on your tongue. When served with shiso maki, Iwaki's specialty pickled daikon wrapped in shiso, it is a good combination to really feel only the umami without any miscellaneous tastes. This is the true pleasure of local food. This is the perfect combination for the shinkansen on the way home, a moment of bliss!

Good evening, Mr. Manachy. The Vice General was indeed delicious. As expected of a man bearing the crest of hollyhock. I see that you are from Ibaraki. I was greeted with warmth and hospitality on my business trip, which made me fall in love with Ibaraki!

Hello Nobu Nobu 😃. I've never been on the Joban Line so I'm not sure if I'm a fan of it or not. I've never ridden the Joban Line so much. I'd love to ride it all the way from Tokyo to Sendai someday...

It has been a while since I checked in We have been refraining from drinking alcohol for the sake of losing weight. Therefore, it has been a long time since we have had a Sake and Tetsudo. This kind of local collaboration products are good, aren't they? The brewery seems to be rooted in the local area. The taste is a little bitter and peculiar. The taste is a little bitter and peculiar, but the combination of this peculiarity and the ingredients, such as the red bean paste, is just the right saltiness. 300ml of sake and one ekiben... We had a good time drinking and eating... We had a good time.

Good evening, brother. I looked up the anime "Galpan" and found that it is set in Oarai and the local community is also supporting it. The collaboration with Tsuki no I and the local food was the best luxury for me. I highly recommend it!

Hello Nobu Nobu! I see you are enjoying your long time drinking 😊The cute label of the sake is interesting because of the gap between the anglerfish and the sake 👍🎶.

Good evening, Mr. Pon-chan. It's been a long time since I've been to Mito, and since anglerfish is very familiar to Mito residents, I felt there was no gap between the two. Or rather, it was a gap 😅.

Mito today. A glass of local sake with gouty hot pot. In the mouth, in addition to umami and acidity, it has a unique flavor. It is not a so-called "miscellaneous taste," but a unique and delicious flavor that slightly reminds one of a ponzu candy. It was a rare opportunity to stay overnight in Ibaraki Prefecture, and we were able to enjoy a good sake! Also, since it was early today, I came to Ajigaura. I am a drunken person, not a drinking person!

Drinking Iron Part 3 old new transportation system that you have tried to ride The feeling of the rattling and shaking is pleasant! It seems that they are using much older cars, and I miss it. Again, it's a long seat, so I'm drinking the train secretly. It is a daiginjo, but it has a sweet aroma like amazake. I am happy about it, but some people may have a different image of it. When you sip and savor it, its aroma and refreshing taste are nice. That's the end of today's drinking! Now I will go home in a relaxed manner.

Second drinking iron This is a terminal station with only 9 trains/day. However, locals also get on there. It's a selfish wish, but I hope they keep the line. This is not local sake either... This delicious sake is only a little over 100 yen! It's a great cost performance. Drinking it with a straw is also unique. Although it is priced at this price, it has little bitterness and can be drunk smoothly with a straw. No wonder it is sold in convenience stores all over the country.

Chiba, but we did not get any local sake... Drinking iron with Niigata sake. This is a stopover on the way back from a stay in Tokyo. It's a long seat, so we sneak away. Oops, I can feel the taste quite well. When you drink it, you can also smell the sweet aroma of sake through your nose. It's a very robust tasting sake. However, both the aroma and taste disappear from the mouth after a while. It is a good sake that can be enjoyed without any accompaniments.

Is sake in cold Hokkaido special after all? Unable to forget the taste of Hokkaido sake, we revisited the izakaya we visited the day before yesterday. The sake here is also extremely refreshing! It was so refreshing that even a rare fried fish of raw hokke, a rare fatty fish, did not bother it. The oil from the fried fish is easily washed away. The aroma afterwards is indescribably delicious.

We were a little short on the bullet train, so we went to an izakaya near the hotel. As expected, the sake has a unique habit. However, it does not linger in the mouth. I guess this is the essence of Hokkaido's sake. After the fatty herring we had together, the sake seemed to cleanse the inside of my mouth. It seems to be a sake that is not easily available outside of Hokkaido. I was so extravagant.

Traveled to Tokyo the day before Along with the standard Barazushi Barazushi eaten in Tango. I have been familiar with it since childhood, and it is still delicious. Tamanohikari tastes refreshing. I had the impression that Kyoto sake has a strong flavor, but this one is crisp. It goes perfectly with the sweet and spicy mackerel somenbo of bara-zushi. Let's enjoy a relaxing Shinkansen trip!

Missed check-in the other day. I am writing this from memory. Compared to the special junmai we drank earlier, the dryness is up. However, it is a Junmai Daiginjo with a delicious rice flavor. We had just run out of food when we had it, but we drank it right away. Incidentally, we went to Fukurajima Island, which we could cross on foot, but the rain and wind became so strong that our umbrellas didn't work. I was soaked to the skin. Still, I would like to go back to Matsushima, one of the three most scenic spots in Japan.

Hoya and Sake This is also a luxury. It is also a Hoya Sashimi. This is a brand of ascidians called "Hoya no Kiwami" (the best of ascidians). No smell at all. The flavor is concentrated. The sake is a delicious sake with a hint of sweetness and no cloying taste. It is a good combination that makes sake and sea squirt go together naturally!

This is really the last ride of my life on a Japan National Railways type express train. My last companions were Izumo Fuji and Akaten. This Izumo Fuji is the first sake I have ever tasted. It has a fine candy-like aroma and a hint of sweetness. It spreads in the mouth and passes through the nose. When you eat akaten (red tempura), the oil of the akaten obliterates the sake, and when you drink sake again, the oil of the akaten obliterates the sake. The synergistic effect made me drink it in no time.

Today, we had a lunchtime drink, with snow crab and white squid as our entrée... It's a bit extravagant. This sake is a refreshing way to wash down the sweet taste of the entrée. However, even if the taste of soy sauce and crab vinegar flows away, the sweetness of the crab and squid remains in your mouth. This sweet taste in the mouth is the best. It may seem that sake plays a supporting role, but this is the impression of a local sake.

Today we will encounter good sake. Arriving in Yonago, we went to an izakaya Local sake on the label of an izakaya near the hotel. Apparently it is a sake from Chiyomusubi. It goes well with local fish. After eating oily fish, drinking this sake removes the oily taste, leaving only the umami. It is truly a local sake. I have found a good sake at the beginning of the year.

Newlywed GUI Cup Nice name brand. Unlike the earlier Kyokusho, this is a very peculiar sake. However, this is delicious. â It seems to push away the faint fishy smell that is peculiar to mamakari fish. Local sake, local food, and a night train ride... How can it not be delicious?

Yonago after a long absence. Probably the last Yakumo-go (Super Yakumo) really. A cup of sake and a cup of mamakari. It is a kind of sake that doesn't stay on the tongue and goes down your throat easily. When you drink it, the sweetness disappears when you think it has been sweetened. There is no bitterness at all! It is a refined sake. The sweet vinegar after eating mamakari is also washed away. I have found another great sake. I know I'm a couple of days late, but Happy New Year! I look forward to working with you again this year. I am also a victim of the Great Hanshin Earthquake, and I feel that the Noto disaster is no stranger to me. When the time comes when I will not be bothered by the disaster, I would like to go to Ishikawa to drink sake and help the recovery efforts, even if only a little.

Risshakuji Temple is famous for its quietness and the sound of cicadas permeating the rocks. I have been a haiku lover since childhood, and finally got to visit. It was snowing, but the view below was clear, and according to the locals, it was a lucky day. There were no cicadas, but the sound was muffled by the snow and the silence was truly seeping in. The sake had a nice aroma that lingered in the nose, but was quite refreshing. The sake alone leaves no aftertaste. It is really delicious when served with the sweet soup stock of taro stew. I was going to take some home with me, but I ended up drinking the whole bottle.

Drinking Iron Part 2 Nagano Sake in Yamagata Sake while watching the snowy scenery. It's good! As it says "high-productive yeast for malic acid", This sake has a crisp acidity and a sweet sake-like flavor. The aftertaste gives the impression that the acidity has disappeared and the sweetness remains. It is a sake that leaves you with a lingering aftertaste.
