Finally, I've come this far! I can't believe it! Sake with wanko soba is the best! The sake is rather tasty, and the soba seems to wash the sake right out of your mouth! In any case, there is no doubt that soba and sake go well together! I would like to wear it after I retire! I'm not quite ready to retire yet...

Good evening, Nobu Nobu-san. The first building was Konjikido, wasn't it? I love buildings but I didn't know that 💦Thanks for your hard work to go so far 😊You can drink while eating wanko soba 😳.

Nobu Nobu-san konbanhar (o´Ω`o)no~~~ Don't say "after retirement", come again. ☺️ I'm good at making wanko soba. I'm a resident of the prefecture, but there are many things I don't know about it, so your review is a great learning experience 😊.

Good morning, Nobu Nobu 😃. I see you went to Hiraizumi, I love it! I guess you are so cornered by the wanko soba and sake 🍶 that you don't have time to taste the sake 😁.

Good evening, Mr. Pon-chan. Mr. Pon-chan, you like buildings, don't you? I also like buildings that are rooted in the land, don't you? I'm not the type to have my soba poured for me, so I took my time and enjoyed it 😃.

Haruei Chichi In Hiraizumi, wanko soba is served on a tray, so you can eat it slowly. Drinking sake in front of the soba is the chicest way to enjoy soba in the Edo period... Soba and sake go well together! I recommend it!

Checking in after a long time + drinking iron after a long time These days, I work overtime, go home, drink a lot, and have a blast. We are a generation of remnants of the Showa era. A staple of sake drinking, it goes perfectly with the local Hoya. The bitterness of the sea squirt + the subtle bitterness of the Manazuru goes perfectly with it! Today we plan to visit National Treasure Building No. 1 ‼︎ May we meet some good sake on the way...

After all, Abukuma is for Abukuma. This sake doesn't linger on the tongue, but the aroma is mouthwatering. It has a nice flavor and no lingering aroma. It is a sake that lingers. Also goes well with beef tongue Hoya👍

Today, moving the day before Onsen in the morning, morning soba + cold sake Onsen 200 yen, morning soba + cold sake 1200 yen Excellent cosmopolitan! Luxury... I'm enjoying this sake after a hot bath, wondering if I'll be able to drink it in 10 years when I care about my body! It has a little bit of a thicker taste, but it's still a honjozo. It is refreshing at the end. I drank most of it before the soba noodles arrived, but it was perfect with the slightly spicy sauce!

Oarai is filled with "Girls und Panzer" all over the place! It's nice to have a character loved by the town! Tsuki no I-san in Oarai has 4 kinds of this Girls und Panzer labels! Like the Junmai and Honjozo, Tsuki no I has a slightly bitter taste! However, this peculiarity is what makes Tsuki no I so delicious! Although this dry sake has some peculiarities, it has a nice aroma that eventually escapes through the nose, and the aftertaste is clean and delicious!

Unusual Sunday, business trip, coming home now. Before leaving, a petit drinking iron I guess that's all for today... It goes on and on... Ibaraki again! This dry sake. I can't stand how dry and refreshing it is. It tastes bitter when you put it in your mouth, then it turns into a subtle umami on your tongue, and finally disappears from your mouth. It is great to drink and iron without worrying about being seen on a convertible seat while listening to the sound of diesel engines in the morning. It's the best!

Along with the ekiben... The meat of this ekiben is not seasoned too strongly for an ekiben, so it has a good taste of meat! The taste of the meat is very good! This ekiben goes perfectly with the sake. The flavor of the sake alone is a bit strong, but with the meat, the flavor is just right. It is easy to see why this can of nihonmari has been dominating convenience stores and train station kiosks recently. It is delicious 🤤.

We are touring around Shiroishi City with a visit to Shiroishi Castle, Umen (noodles) and Zao Sake Brewery. This sparkling Hananadeko is a rare product sold only at local liquor stores. For starters, the bubbles are amazing! When you open the bottle, it gushes out. It tastes like juice. It has a sweet taste like amazake, but because it is sparkling, it is refreshing. I drank it instead of water while walking around town.

Today is a petit drinking iron. I am energized for work starting tomorrow. The sake is from Ibaraki, but we are drinking it in Fukushima! Girls und Panzer was a set of 3 bottles, so this is the second one! It's cold, so it's cold sake without refrigeration. The refreshing taste of the honjozo sake makes it easy to drink in the morning, even if you don't have anything to eat! Also, I feel the bitterness that is unique to Tsuki no I, which I also felt in the Junmai Ginjo. The bitterness has a nice aftertaste. Does it go well with the castle?

Vice General. I'm not a jackass...but I was attracted by the naming. Above a certain age bracket, I guess it reminds you of the yellow-girl in spicy clothes, doesn't it? The sake has a flavor with little miscellaneous taste. However, you can feel the umami flavor firmly on your tongue. When served with shiso maki, Iwaki's specialty pickled daikon wrapped in shiso, it is a good combination to really feel only the umami without any miscellaneous tastes. This is the true pleasure of local food. This is the perfect combination for the shinkansen on the way home, a moment of bliss!

It has been a while since I checked in We have been refraining from drinking alcohol for the sake of losing weight. Therefore, it has been a long time since we have had a Sake and Tetsudo. This kind of local collaboration products are good, aren't they? The brewery seems to be rooted in the local area. The taste is a little bitter and peculiar. The taste is a little bitter and peculiar, but the combination of this peculiarity and the ingredients, such as the red bean paste, is just the right saltiness. 300ml of sake and one ekiben... We had a good time drinking and eating... We had a good time.

Mito today. A glass of local sake with gouty hot pot. In the mouth, in addition to umami and acidity, it has a unique flavor. It is not a so-called "miscellaneous taste," but a unique and delicious flavor that slightly reminds one of a ponzu candy. It was a rare opportunity to stay overnight in Ibaraki Prefecture, and we were able to enjoy a good sake! Also, since it was early today, I came to Ajigaura. I am a drunken person, not a drinking person!

Drinking Iron Part 3 old new transportation system that you have tried to ride The feeling of the rattling and shaking is pleasant! It seems that they are using much older cars, and I miss it. Again, it's a long seat, so I'm drinking the train secretly. It is a daiginjo, but it has a sweet aroma like amazake. I am happy about it, but some people may have a different image of it. When you sip and savor it, its aroma and refreshing taste are nice. That's the end of today's drinking! Now I will go home in a relaxed manner.

Second drinking iron This is a terminal station with only 9 trains/day. However, locals also get on there. It's a selfish wish, but I hope they keep the line. This is not local sake either... This delicious sake is only a little over 100 yen! It's a great cost performance. Drinking it with a straw is also unique. Although it is priced at this price, it has little bitterness and can be drunk smoothly with a straw. No wonder it is sold in convenience stores all over the country.

Chiba, but we did not get any local sake... Drinking iron with Niigata sake. This is a stopover on the way back from a stay in Tokyo. It's a long seat, so we sneak away. Oops, I can feel the taste quite well. When you drink it, you can also smell the sweet aroma of sake through your nose. It's a very robust tasting sake. However, both the aroma and taste disappear from the mouth after a while. It is a good sake that can be enjoyed without any accompaniments.

Is sake in cold Hokkaido special after all? Unable to forget the taste of Hokkaido sake, we revisited the izakaya we visited the day before yesterday. The sake here is also extremely refreshing! It was so refreshing that even a rare fried fish of raw hokke, a rare fatty fish, did not bother it. The oil from the fried fish is easily washed away. The aroma afterwards is indescribably delicious.

We were a little short on the bullet train, so we went to an izakaya near the hotel. As expected, the sake has a unique habit. However, it does not linger in the mouth. I guess this is the essence of Hokkaido's sake. After the fatty herring we had together, the sake seemed to cleanse the inside of my mouth. It seems to be a sake that is not easily available outside of Hokkaido. I was so extravagant.

Traveled to Tokyo the day before Along with the standard Barazushi Barazushi eaten in Tango. I have been familiar with it since childhood, and it is still delicious. Tamanohikari tastes refreshing. I had the impression that Kyoto sake has a strong flavor, but this one is crisp. It goes perfectly with the sweet and spicy mackerel somenbo of bara-zushi. Let's enjoy a relaxing Shinkansen trip!

Missed check-in the other day. I am writing this from memory. Compared to the special junmai we drank earlier, the dryness is up. However, it is a Junmai Daiginjo with a delicious rice flavor. We had just run out of food when we had it, but we drank it right away. Incidentally, we went to Fukurajima Island, which we could cross on foot, but the rain and wind became so strong that our umbrellas didn't work. I was soaked to the skin. Still, I would like to go back to Matsushima, one of the three most scenic spots in Japan.

Hoya and Sake This is also a luxury. It is also a Hoya Sashimi. This is a brand of ascidians called "Hoya no Kiwami" (the best of ascidians). No smell at all. The flavor is concentrated. The sake is a delicious sake with a hint of sweetness and no cloying taste. It is a good combination that makes sake and sea squirt go together naturally!
