のぶのぶThe Seven Crown Horses seems to be JRA's Symbol Rudolf. After all, as a person from Shiga, which hosts a training center, this is one that cannot be missed. It is quite impressive. I had cheese as a side dish, and it tasted as good as the cheese. If you eat the cheese and drink the shichikabane, the taste of the cheese seems to spread. The entrée and the sake are perfect👍 and I'm happy about it: ‼︎

のぶのぶShimane sake bought in Matsue. It's nice to drink local sake in your hometown, isn't it? We had a drink with some side dishes from the basement of a department store in front of the station. By the way, the department store in front of the station will close at the end of the year. It seems that all the stores in front of the station are having a hard time... I drank this sake at the Ogi -> Yakumo. It is a refreshing sake with a strong flavor. It has a strong sweetness and a twangy sensation. It is a delicious sake. I drank it right away.

ジェイ&ノビィGood evening Nobu Nobu 😃. I like ❗️ with the photo of the castle and the set of side dishes 😊we are amateurs 😅I had a lot of fun the other day at my first drinking party and I think I'm going to be addicted 🤗.

のぶのぶJay & Nobby, welcome to the world of drinking iron! We hope you'll get hooked! The atmosphere is somewhat different from everyday life + the passing scenery may help you see a new world!

のぶのぶSake with Izumo Wariko Soba at a soba restaurant in a samurai residence by Matsue Castle. It is refreshing. It has a refreshing sweetness and bitterness. It is excellent when paired with fresh soba noodles and lightly sweetened fried bean curd. The sweetness of the sake seems to be added to the sweetness of the fried bean curd. Combined with the atmosphere of the samurai residence, it is the best luxury 😀.

のぶのぶFinally, the 381 on its last run. I may be the last to ride it. Yakumo de Yakumo, finally made: ‼︎ It is a delicious sake with a sweet taste. It goes perfectly with chikuwa. The sake goes down your throat with the flavor of the chikuwa and leaves your mouth feeling refreshed. I drank it all at once.
Japanese>English
遥瑛チチHello Nobu Nobu 😃 Are you drinking iron again❓ I envy you ❗️ I did the exact same thing in May 😆.
Japanese>English
ひるぺこHello Nobu Nobu-san. Yakumo de Yakumo is a wonderful ride 😊381 series is a car that has been active for a really long time, thank you for your hard work 🚇.
Japanese>English
のぶのぶHello, Haruei Chichi. I see... Well, I guess you could say it's a promise. But it's kind of a drinking comfort to match 381, isn't it?
Japanese>English
のぶのぶHi Hirupeko, 381 is a long and all-around vehicle that has been active on various lines. However, speaking locally, I can't deny that it looks outdated because it is not designed for young people, such as not being able to recharge the battery. Maybe you are with me?

のぶのぶThe last one today is Akagisan. Gunma sake. It is a refreshing sake. It is not too thick and goes down your throat smoothly. However, it somehow mysteriously lingers on the tongue, allowing you to enjoy the lingering aftertaste. It is a delicious sake that requires no accompaniments. Today we had long seats until the end... It is difficult to enjoy the feeling of traveling slowly... but I am grateful that the railroads are maintained throughout the country. I will continue to support them with my drinking iron.
Japanese>English
遥瑛チチGood evening, Nobu Nobu🌆. I'm Hagedorn, ‼️ I'll be riding, drinking and cheering for you too 📣.
Japanese>English
のぶのぶHaruei Chichi-san Good evening. The number of breweries seems to be decreasing by more than 30 per year. We have to support them too. I wonder if we can save the sake breweries that are in financial crisis but are making good sake, by creating the Sake-no-wa brand or something.

のぶのぶA train running in the suburbs. There are quite a lot of houses, but I guess people usually travel by car. This sake is from Fukushima. It has a refreshing taste, and the ginjo aroma spreads softly on the palate. It is a sake made in a modern style. When drunk with Yocchan Ika, it seems to add to the flavor of the Yocchan Ika, making it a good sake for a meal.

のぶのぶI bought some alcohol 🍶 at a supermarket in Karasuyama. After all, even in the suburbs, Kanto is crowded with people. I can't drink in a long seat... So, I took this photo at the station. You will feel a refreshing sweetness, followed by a bitter taste. After drinking it, the bitterness remains, but it is refreshing. It is a delicious sake that lingers forever.

のぶのぶToday, I plan to take a slightly bigger turn and head home. We will start with Aizu Homare. From the atmosphere of the label, I thought it would be a sweet sake, but it was quite refreshing. Perhaps it is because the aroma does not come to the nose when drinking through a straw. I had missed breakfast, so this sake went down smoothly with me.

のぶのぶThe last stop today was Handa Township. I really wanted to drink... But there was no sake sold at the station, so we ended up drinking at Yamachan, which was located at the station after we got off the train. This sake has a flavor that is as good as chicken wings. When you drink it, the spicy aroma of the chicken wings is quickly taken away from your mouth. The ginjo aroma is also very strong, and if it is drunk on its own, it is a sake that can be enjoyed with a lingering aftertaste. At any rate, today's drinking session is over. We will let you know when we have another chance!

遥瑛チチNobu Nobu, good evening 🌇. I like drinking 👍 Yoro Railway is a line I want to ride once! I envy you ‼️
Japanese>English
のぶのぶGood evening, Mr. Haruei Chichi. Many small and medium-sized private railways are hand-me-downs from major companies, so they are all long seats. It's not so easy to enjoy drinking... Just looking out the train window is good...

のぶのぶLong seats... I thought I couldn't drink, but it was empty, so I sneaked out to drink. There were only a few people on the entire line, as it is a line that is rumored to be discontinued. I think they are doing a good job because there is a train every 30 minutes, but perhaps the roads are getting better. Now, this cup of sake. It has a little bit of a tangy taste, but it is refreshing and cool. I myself am a person who likes a bit of a peculiar taste. It is quite tasty. I drank it all at once. I have one more place to go today. I wonder if I can do it.

のぶのぶToday is a petit drinking iron. More and more trains are being wrapped in animated wrapping. I used to think that trains should be in their original colors ‼︎, but seeing cheerful smiling faces somehow cheers me up, so I've been thinking recently that this is fine. I have very little knowledge of anime... Well, it's been a while since I've had Hana-no-Mai. The bitterness gives it a nice flavor. The bitterness in the umami taste leaves a lingering aftertaste in your mouth. It is good to enjoy the lingering taste as it is, but it is also exceptional when paired with the horse mackerel sushi we bought together. It seems to add even more flavor to the horse mackerel sushi. Actually, I didn't have breakfast, so this was my breakfast. Sorry 🙇 I'm indulging myself.
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんGood evening, Nobu Nobu 🌙 A really luxurious breakfast 😆The horse mackerels look so delicious with the sparkles 🎶 and all the ❣️ windows are wrapped with so many pictures 🎶.
Japanese>English
のぶのぶWith the recent food poisoning scare, we wondered if it was safe to eat in a bento box. The bento made the most of the flavor of the raw horse mackerel. It is an ekiben that could only be sold at a local station! If you visit Shuzenji, please visit ‼︎

のぶのぶDrinking Iron Journey: Space Sake at the end. I am sorry. I couldn't feel the universe with my tongue, but it is what is called a dry sake. It is a sake that seems to cut out only the best parts of the rice. After the ginjo aroma from the nose, there is a slight tangy sensation on the tongue, and then it leaves the palate with a clear sensation. I thought it was a model of a good sake. The last photo is of Sugokukatai ice cream sold on the Tokaido Shinkansen train. I guess I will finish eating it soon, since it will no longer be sold in the train.
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんGood evening Nobu Nobu 😊. Good job on your drinking train trip! I'm sure you had a great time riding and drinking again👍. I really miss the in-train sales 🥺.
Japanese>English
のぶのぶGood evening, Mr. Ponchan. It was a pity that we couldn't drink on the regular train... but we had a great time. ☺️ It would be great if cross-seats were restored on local trains... but there are rumors that all the lines are closed, so I can't say anything extravagant...

のぶのぶThe third drinking train. However, this is a long-seat train with quite a lot of people. So I refrained from taking pictures of the train interior. The train moves through a wide plain with no mountains around. It is nice and spacious! The sake has a delicious flavor, followed by an aroma. It tastes a little sour, so it is refreshing, but it is rich. However, after a while, it disappears from your mouth. It is a sake that can be enjoyed without any accompaniments.

のぶのぶThe second drinking iron. Take the Mito Line to Mito. This sake was stored in a cave of Oya stone. When we drank it, we were surprised, it was so refreshing. It is like a natural water cider. However, it is not without flavor, and after drinking it, the aroma of ginjo spreads in your mouth. I drank it all at once.

のぶのぶAfter having soba noodles from the station in the morning, we were ready to start our drinking spree! So, we started drinking from Iwaki Kotobuki, which I was attracted by the label at the station! It had a subtle aroma with a strong, refreshing sweetness, which is not something I am accustomed to, and I liked it. This sake is made from Koshihikari rice. The sweetness of the rice is in good balance with the sake, and it is delicious. A good sake to start with!

MayukoGood morning, Nobu Nobu-san. ☺️ Nice to meet you. The expression on the face of the red cow is very cute 😍. And the "Uesugi Karpas" with Yonezawa beef broth as a secret ingredient goes well with sake 🐂 and looks very tasty 🥰.
Japanese>English
のぶのぶMayuko Nice to meet you. Yes, it is. The label I can't help but buy. I was actually going to drink it with kalpas... but the sweetness of the sake was so refreshing that I just drank the sake and ate the kalpas later💦.

のぶのぶLong time no check-in I've been crazy busy lately... The sake is cool and not at all stinging as it flows through the mouth, as it is after the fall season. On the other hand, it has a strong flavor, with a hint of umami and bitterness. It would be great with a side dish. I had a cup of tsukemono + boiling water and felt like all the stress of the past month melted away!
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんGood evening, Nobu-Nobu! Are you drinking iron now😳 A station with a hot spring? That's nice ♨♨ Take a break from your busy schedule and enjoy yourself 😊.
Japanese>English
ひるぺこGood evening, Nobu Nobu-san. Fukushima? I wish I could go far away from here! I'm sure the rabbit is completely melted away from the fatigue of the day with your favorite fall weather, drinking iron, and hot springs ♨️ 😊.
Japanese>English
のぶのぶGood evening, Ponchan-san. There are several 200-300 yen public bathhouses near this Iizaka Onsen station, and the laid-back atmosphere of the local private railway combined with the hot springs is relaxing.
Japanese>English
のぶのぶGood evening, Hirupeko. I recommend Iizaka Onsen, less than 30 minutes from Fukushima Station. The temperature of the hot spring is over 45 degrees Celsius, and after 5 minutes in the hot spring, you will feel warm and fluffy. It really feels like all the bad stuff is melting away from your body!
Japanese>English
遥瑛チチHello Nobu Nobu 😃 Thank you for your work. I'm also trying to relieve stress by drinking iron, hot spring ♨️ and sauna ❗️ This will keep me going for a while 💪.
Japanese>English
のぶのぶHello, Haruei Chichi! I see that you have also added a sauna to your drinking iron + hot spring. Let's both keep our spirits up and work hard until the next drinking iron at the hot springs. ‼️

のぶのぶWe changed trains at Shimodate and took a diesel train to Toride... The sound of the engine and the rumble of the train as it straddles the rails is great... Drinking iron in the section with a small number of passengers until Shimotsuma. As expected of a Junmai Daiginjo, it has a nice, refreshing taste. It has a slightly bitter taste, which is a key point and brings out its own unique flavor. Since this sake is from Aizu, it would be a perfect match with pickled herring with sansho (Japanese pepper).

のぶのぶWe go to the last stop and return home. It is a long seat, so it is a drinking iron in Sumiko. This sake has a koji aroma like amazake. It also tastes like amazake. However, it is not a sweet sake, but a delicious sake with a subtle aftertaste on the palate. This train is now crowded with general customers, so the drinking session is over. The rest of us will enjoy the scenery as we sway on the train... ♪

のぶのぶthe second part of the drinking iron For me, the climax of the day! This sake...I thought it had a little bit of a habit, but it's not as it appears on the label, it's made from a traditional sake yeast stock. It is even more tangy on the tongue. It is surprisingly easy to drink with a sense of umami in the midst of the habit. I found another good sake.
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんGood morning, Nobu Nobu! This train 🚃is lovely😍I love colorful things so I would like to ride it! The sake is also coordinated in green 😍The frog🐸 label is cute ❣️ I see that it's a sake brewed in the same way! I'm surprised 😆👍
Japanese>English
のぶのぶGood morning, Pon-chan. Moka line was full of students in the morning. It seems like an active railroad. I went to the train to drink before it got crowded. It was a rare chance to try a sake brewed in a sake brewery. It was like a reward for myself.

のぶのぶI thought I would be afraid of drinking iron because of the typhoon, but since it turned into a tropical depression and there seemed to be no damage, I did a little drinking iron. We started with this Souhyo. I bought a packet of it. It has a strong sweetness, and the sweetness lingers in the mouth for a long time. There is a sourness, but it is more sweetness than that. However, it is not thick and smooth, but goes down the back of the throat easily. It is a delicious sake.
