I was attracted by the cute label and the "Hoshi no Yeast," which has been revived at the Suzuki Sake Brewery after a 20-year absence. The first sip has a fruity acidity and a pleasant, smooth finish! It is also good that it is a little strong at 16% alcohol. It is not too light. The rice is said to be Miyamanishiki. I'm not yet a master until I can tell the difference, lol. I feel like I can have any kind of snacks. Earlier it was crab cakes, Now baby leaf and mushrooms with olive oil and salt. Delicious 😋. Tomorrow is the big day. I'm going to work hard with this 💪.

I bought this bottle to taste spring sake during the cherry blossom season. I was attracted by the fresh logo. It has a green apple sticker on it🍏. It tastes exactly like a green apple! The acidity! It's pleasant and refreshingly delicious. There is also a hint of schwarziness. Easy to drink~. Light snacks might be good. Lentil seedlings with sesame oil and salt 🎶.

Someiyoshino are fading day by day and I want to see cherry blossoms along with spring sake, so I bought sake first lol. And I'm drinking at home without seeing the cherry blossoms, lol. (No wonder it's raining today!) The slight shuwa, which is unique to nama-shu, and more impressive than that is the perfect balance of acidity, sweetness, and bitterness. None of them are withdrawn or overbearing. I can imagine cherry blossoms in my brain (lol). It is bliss to have it with salted salmon ✨. You can relax until the end of the day!

Danna and daughter bought it for me as a souvenir from their ski trip 😃. I usually prefer lighter sakes, and I don't often buy this "mellow umaguchi" type for myself. So it was a great opportunity to learn about a new world ✨. The flavor and depth of the sake was very impressive. What made me happy was that it tastes so good warmed up 🍶. Raku-fu-mai Shiboritate. I was told that the new sake was ready. I wanted to try this sake from my hometown in Kanagawa Prefecture.
