Black cattle. Junmai Ginjo at 16 degrees. The ratio is 50% Yamadanishiki. It is indeed mellow and full-bodied. It is not dry, but spreads quietly. Even though it is mellow, there is no smoky aroma and it is very easy to drink. It is very easy to drink! I'm going to get drunk! 16 degrees Celsius is too much to drink in a good way. It's not good.

I chose "Chokyu" (¥363). I was not shown the bottle, but it had an old-fashioned label. When I put it in my mouth, I thought it was at room temperature! I thought it was at room temperature. The first sip was hot, with a mellow fullness, but it was dry! It is a dry one! There is no fruity taste. After the second sip, the temperature is 16 degrees! I'm going to say 65% for the step number. Is it right? Hmm? I don't have an answer.

In the mouth, A little bit of sweetness from a mellow fullness A little bit of sweetness is felt in the mouth, but without going that far, but disappears, leaving behind a slight spiciness but it disappears without reaching that point, leaving a slight spiciness behind. Hmmm. What is it? I don't know. It feels like water. I only got a slight sense of it. Is it good? I asked myself.

I visited this restaurant for an event called "Tamagawa Sake Brewery Road". This time, I chose Kaisen Shiboritate Nama (1320 yen). I am looking forward to seeing which one is better than the previous special junmai. (Goku goku! The aroma is good. The appearance is a little tinted. When you take a sip, you will think "Hmm? The second sip is also a bit strange. The second sip is also a bit strange. The second sip is also strange. It has a strong disinfectant taste. The last bottle was delicious. I'm not sure what to think. The sake has a rice polishing ratio of 60% and an alcohol content of 17%. As it is freshly pressed, you can enjoy the aroma. It has a deep umami flavor. The description says that it has a deep flavor, but I didn't feel it on the first day. We are looking forward to the next day and beyond. The next day and after, the sweetness increases a little, but it feels sterilized from aging, and it is hard to reach the deliciousness. Hmmm... This time it was a bottle that didn't suit me. Thank you very much! It is a holiday afternoon, but the warehouse is empty.

Since I came to Hiroshima, I wanted to buy "Moon after Rain"! So I bought it. (*/◎◎*) Goku goku goku Pouring it into the sake cup, the sweet aroma is strong. When I took a sip, I was surprised to find that it was not fruity, but slightly spicy, with a slight tingle on the side of my tongue. Since the last one I drank was fruity, I thought this one would be the same. But it was easy to drink. I guess that's because the alcohol content is 13 degrees. After the next day, it was still refreshing, but with a touch of sweetness. Personally, I like it better the day after opening the sealed bottle, as it has more fullness. Goshi-so-(person >▽<.)-sama-sama-sama. On a weekday afternoon, there was only one customer ahead of us. So, while I was wondering which one to buy, the store was fully booked. There are many different brands in the store, and I never get tired of looking at them. And it is difficult to choose one bottle.

Kamo Kanehide Light Nigori Nama (\1925)" is recommended by the restaurant. I am looking forward to this. I bought it as a souvenir before taking the Shinkansen back home. (*/◎◎○*)Goku goku goku ...... ٩٩٩(๑><๑)۶Kooo! The aroma is faintly sweet. When I drank it, I found it to be sweeter than junmai sake, probably because it is nigori. It has a fruity taste, but at the same time it is crisp and refreshing! It makes you want to drink it one after another. The ratio is 50%. The alcohol content is 15 degrees. I think it was more than 15 degrees on the first day. It is the same after the second day. It has a slight sweetness. Aftertaste is refreshing. Hmm? But is it still sweeter than the first day? It's a bit like that. I would like to drink this sake slowly and leisurely. This is the kind of sake I want to drink slowly. The shopkeeper is pushing it! I can't wait to drink it. Damn! Hiroshima limited release.... That's not fair! But that also makes me want to get it! This is good! Gotchisousama(*˘˘ people) desita ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡!

Watershed (\1749}" The Funatobune has a slightly fruity aroma. When you drink it, it is light sourness from light chili. And lightly spicy. It is easy to drink and can be easily matched with any meal. The rice is Watabune from Ibaraki Prefecture. It is polished to 55% and the alcohol is finished at 15 degrees. Perhaps because it is light and dry, the alcohol is not felt as much as 15 degrees, and it is not overly sweet. It seems to go better with dishes with strong flavors. It refreshes the palate. This is good! It is. Gotchisousama(*˘˘ people) desita ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡. It was early afternoon on a holiday, but not many people came to the brewery to buy sake. Or rather, there were no other customers. It is a good sake brewery with an old-fashioned atmosphere.

Inazato Junmai Nihonharu Tsuchi (1100 yen) Tsuchi" is clean and refreshing. It is light and dry. It has little sweetness and a little sourness. The rice "Nihonbaru" grown in Ibaraki is polished to 75%. The alcohol content is 15 degrees. A high percentage of rice has an image of sourness, but it has a little sourness, but just the right amount. It retains a light sourness the next day and after, but has a strong, refreshing feeling that makes it easy to pair with any dish! It is easy to pair with any food. It is easy to pair with any food. Good! Thank you very much! No prior customers on a holiday afternoon. The store? The storehouse is very sophisticated and stylish, perhaps recently renovated.

The aroma is very fruity. It gives the impression of melon. In the mouth, there is no sense of alcohol, and the entry is light. But something gives the impression of light weight. What is it? This feeling. It's like, "Oh, my God, what is this? After the next day, the weightiness disappears and a fresh fruity feeling remains. It's so easy, it's like, "Oh, this is so good. This is not good. A slight sweetness remains. The aftertaste, however, is on the refreshing side.

I had a hard time deciding which one to choose from the colorful labels, but I went with my gut and chose "Houjun Mukashi Takachiyo Yellow Green" (1,400 yen). I wondered what flavor I could taste. I am looking forward to it. Gulp it down! Puhahhhh (*ơㅂơ)=3 When you take a sip, you will feel intoxicated and sour at the same time. The label color tells the story of the fruit. So does that mean this is a melon? (Don't you get it!) (Don't you get it?!)! The next day and beyond, I have the same impression as the first day. It has a sour taste, a fruitiness, and although it is sake, it also has a sourness to it. Very easy to drink. It is easy to drink, and before you know it, you have drunk too much. It tastes like a melon! The taste is melon! I conclude. Thank you very much. It is not available at the brewery here, but at Fujijiro in Niigata. If you can find it, don't hesitate to buy it! It is an easy-drinking bottle.

As soon as the freshness hits the palate, along with a slight chili sensation, it is cool and fruity, and a hot intoxication leaves the nose. The water is natural subsoil water from the Nikko mountain range. I drank doburoku for the first time, and it comes quite a bit! The next day and beyond, I was still drunk and hot. The crumbly shavings are amazing. You can feel it so much on your tongue. Doburoku is seriously intoxicating. The third day, the fourth day, it also feels like yogurt, it's so thick and dense, is it really 17 degrees alcohol? It's like a yogurt. It is totally different from nigori. It tastes good, but I can't drink it all at once. I enjoy it in small sips. I think it is a cosy sake that you can get drunk anytime. Doburoku, Yapei!

Slightly chili in the mouth. It is a little dry. After the chili subsides, the tongue feels a little tender. Hmmm! It is a bit dry. After the second day, the chili gradually fades away and the sweetness suddenly increases. It is full-bodied, but with a sweetness that precedes the chili. The rice polishing ratio is 55%. The alcohol content is 15.5 degrees. GOCHI SOU SAMA (*˘˘ people)♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡. It is purchased at a nearby supermarket. I found other affordable ones, so I might buy them again. But if I can, the "fresh" ones that are chilled in the fridge would be more pleasantly delicious. That's what I'm thinking.

Pouring it into a sake cup and enjoying the aroma, it is the sake I felt as a child. It really is THE sake! The aroma is really the same as I felt when I was a child. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the dry taste, but at the same time, you can also feel something hot. The texture on the tongue feels a little soft and smooth. It's like, "KAHHHH!!!!" It is a real dry, mellow aroma. Is this what real dry mellow is all about? It is. After the second day, you'll be like, "Huh? After the second day, you will be like, "What? It's dry, but the heat is subdued and you get drunk, but when it crosses your throat, it has a slight sweetness. Hmm? No, it's not. No, maybe it's the sweetness of the rice. It's delicious. It's spicy, but the deliciousness wafts through the air. By the way, the rice is Hyogo Koishiki. The rice was polished to 70% and the alcohol content was 18 degrees!

So no Mai has the thickness of a laid-down, aged feel. Therefore, it is pleasantly sweet. It is said to have 16% alcohol, but I feel it is more than that. It is the same after the second day. Smoked? It has a great sense of maturity. But personally, I don't like the taste. I can't say I like it. The other day on TV, it was introduced as a way to drink highballs with sake! It was a bit of a waste, but I tried drinking it with carbonated water. It was a bit of a waste, but I tried it with carbonated soda. Perhaps because the alcohol content is lowered, it is surprisingly easy to drink, but the sense of maturity remains in the mouth. The aroma is faintly sweet. In the mouth, it is quiet in the beginning because of its low acidity, and while it has a hint of sweetness, it gives the impression of heat as it falls down the throat, giving the impression of a light dry taste. The rice used is Hitanishiki from Ibaraki Prefecture, with a ratio of up to 55%. The water is from the Kinugawa River system. The alcohol content is under 18℃. After the next day, the alcohol level settles down and it becomes a really easy-drinking sake. It goes down your throat without a hint of heat. I've had a lot of sake, but I don't think I've ever had a sake that was this easy to drink at 18 degrees. I wouldn't call it fruity, but it is close to fruity.
