Very gorgeous and clean! Perfect as a mid-meal drink and a great accompaniment to sashimi. Seasonal "Spring Junmai" has a pleasant slightly effervescent taste.

At night, we went to a restaurant called "Juro" near Niigata Station. It was highly rated on the internet, so we made a reservation and went there! However, the taste was average, and there were not many standard dishes. I guess it is for tourists. I prefer private restaurants in the Furumachi area. I ordered one cup of Shouku 🍶. Not sure what I ordered. The waiter didn't bring me a bottle! I wish you could see the explanation on the label on the back of the bottle! Such a rare sake.., It seems to be a clear, clear craft sake made with white malted rice. Fresh and mild ginjo aroma. I can't really smell it because someone is smoking a cigarette 🤨. Light mouthfeel Fruity flavor 🍏. Sweet and sour and fresh, perfect for hot summer Sweet and sour drinks can be tiring if you drink too much, but this one is well-balanced Good👍 I've heard a lot about Niigata's Tochio Aburage in sakekawa, and I finally tried it! With Shozora It goes well together😄 Left at 6am for ramen at Kiichi the next morning 🍜💨. Satisfied 😌😌😌. After that, I made a pilgrimage to Gonoi🙏🙏. Oops 😲. Why did I break my neck? 😆😆

Yes, that's right😙. Shozora is a new sake brewery It's a sake brewery founded by the president of Imadaiji Brewery. I've read many reviews of Shozora by GoonyiGoh🤓. I learned so much 😁.

I don't know much about the sake market in Taiwan. (Sake is very expensive and I don't want to see it. I don't think I've ever heard of Shozora being sold in Taiwan The most developed overseas market for sake is I think the most is Hong Kong 🏙.
