The mouthfeel is soft and mellow. The moment you drink it, it feels a little sweet, but the bitterness and acidity that come later tighten it up.

This is an all Tenei sake, with a focus on local ingredients. It was my first time to drink Hirotogawa Honjozo and the first time to drink Yudai 21 sake. I could feel the flavor of the rice so well that I doubted it was pure rice sake. It was very easy to drink because of its acidity and clean aftertaste😊.

The back of the label says, "Please enjoy the soft taste of the rice", but if anything, it is a man's sake with a bite. It is dry, and the acidity is a little strong. I don't dislike it😁.

This sake was newly released this year. It is said to be Junmai, but it is not labeled as Junmai-shu. It is said to be a fusion of two different methods, Kasumochi Genshu and Yaemon Junmai Dry. It is true that it has a sweetness and umami similar to Kasumochi Genshu, and the clean aftertaste reminds me of Junmai Dry. It's the best of both worlds 😆.

This is one of the bottles that arrived at my house the other day as part of a Fukushima-related event where sake was delivered at random. It's been five years since I bought and drank it myself, and I guess I didn't like it much at the time. I don't think it's that the sake has changed over the years, but rather that my tastes have changed, but I was surprised at how good it was. The aroma is gentle, but the flavor is strong. The aroma is mild, but the flavor is strong, and you can't help but want another glass😅. I'm glad that it arrived at my house by chance this time. I'll have to check out the other types too ✍️.

This sake is made with one of our favorite sake rices, the powerful🌾. When you open it, you can smell the good aroma. Rather than being floral, it has a sweet, gentle and fluffy aroma of rice. The mouthfeel is very good, with a slightly strong sweetness and a strong umami taste.

It is said to be a blend of Junmai sake, Junmai Ginjo sake, and five different kinds of sake. While slightly sweet, the ori is bittersweet and will warm you up heartily☺️. It seems to be well muddled, but there was hardly any bettriness, and it was rather smooth to drink.

Hi, Aoi. I like the Tatsusen primitives 👍. I've never been able to buy one as they don't sell many near me😢. You can't go wrong with any of Tatsusen's sake 😊.

Consisting of 100% Yume no Ka from Fukushima Prefecture. It is soft and mellow on the palate and has a delicious flavor. Although it has been aged for a long time, there is a hint of freshness in it.

Food made from 100% Koshihikari produced in Namie-cho It has been 10 years since then. Anyway, I feel deeply moved by this bottle. Koshihikari is edible rice, so I imagined it might be difficult to drink. I imagined that it would be somewhat difficult to drink because it's edible rice, but it wasn't like that at all! It has a sweet taste, but refreshing. It's also gentle on the palate😊.

I drank Jyoshito Kuheiji for the first time in about three years. This is the second time for me. I am not good at Yamadanishiki which is too gorgeous, but this is easy to drink! It is good that it has a little gas and a clear aftertaste. It goes well with both Japanese and Western food, even food with strong flavors, and I think it's perfect as a food sake👍.

Sake from Tottori after a long time. I'm quite fond of Gouriki, a fantastic sake rice that is only grown in Tottori😊. I've been drinking it at room temperature and I feel it's slightly sweet. It's very easy to drink because it's full of flavor but not habitual. It also looks good warmed up👍.

Hatsu! Sake from Kagawa Prefecture. It's a nigori sake with 6 percent alcohol by volume. The recommended way to drink it is on the rocks, so I tried it that way. The aroma and taste were sour and creamy, like yogurt. When the ice melted and diluted it, it was like Calpis. Even with a sake level of -70, it is surprisingly not sweet, so it is easy to pair with food.

This is the first Hiyaoroshi of the season. This was actually my first Hiyaoroshi from Popularity One. It has a great aroma and flavor and is smooth on the palate. The acidity and spiciness in the aftertaste is addictive😆. If only I had drunk it sooner! I regretted it and I think I'll get another bottle 😆. I think so too😅.

After an almost 20 year hiatus, we finally got to try some sake from Otokoyama Sake Brewery (Aizu Misato-machi) 🙌! 🌾The rice is 100% Aizu Yume no Ka (Dreamy Scent) My first impression was that it wasn't too flashy, and it didn't have the roughness that you get with unpasteurized sake, but it had a beautiful quality that seemed to permeate the body. The gentle sweetness, acidity and slight bitterness make it very easy to drink, even for first time sake drinkers👍.

Thank you, Aoi-san 🙇🏻♀️. It is not an ordinary thing to revive a sake brewery no matter how many relatives are doing it. I was very surprised when it won a prize at the National New Sake Competition this year. I'd like to visit Aizu again.

This is the first time I drank Tatsusen's Ginjo-shu. The aroma is subdued and you can feel the gentle sweetness and the deliciousness of the rice. It has a clean aftertaste and is very good for drinking with a meal. I think it is easy to match with dishes with strong flavors.

Made with Yume no Ka🌾 from Fukushima City. It has a sweet and spicy taste that is typical of Fukushima ☺️. We are hoping that the sake brewing in Namie town will resume and we will continue to support them in our small way💪.

It smells like sake, and I wondered if it might be a little hard to drink. I thought it would be, but it wasn't. The feeling in the mouth is sweet and the taste is very strong and drinkable.
