It is said to be a blend of Junmai sake, Junmai Ginjo sake, and five different kinds of sake.
While slightly sweet, the ori is bittersweet and will warm you up heartily☺️.
It seems to be well muddled, but there was hardly any bettriness, and it was rather smooth to drink.

I've never been able to buy one as they don't sell many near me😢.
