I drank Jyoshito Kuheiji for the first time in about three years. This is the second time for me.
I am not good at Yamadanishiki which is too gorgeous, but this is easy to drink! It is good that it has a little gas and a clear aftertaste. It goes well with both Japanese and Western food, even food with strong flavors, and I think it's perfect as a food sake๐.
