This sake is made with one of our favorite sake rices, the powerful๐พ.
When you open it, you can smell the good aroma. Rather than being floral, it has a sweet, gentle and fluffy aroma of rice.
The mouthfeel is very good, with a slightly strong sweetness and a strong umami taste.
